Tussle
We use God’s mighty weapons, not worldly weapons, to knock down the strongholds of human reasoning and to destroy false arguments. 2 Cor.10:4
You must understand that for every Word God gives you there is a constant tussle until the Word accomplishes God’s purpose in your life. For you to go to the next level, God will give you a Word, and then men will give you a word. It is almost an eternal battle between what God is saying and what men are saying concerning you. The only way to fulfill your destiny is to overcome this tug of war by choosing the Word of life. You have to decide whose words you will choose to believe because your destiny is tied to which side of the battle wins the struggle over your life. If you let your life be determined by what men have said to you, you will go so far from what God is saying to you. It is only the Father that knows how big your destiny is and the right words to thrust you into that destiny. Your earthly parents do not have a clue, your Pastor can guess and guide you but he may not fully comprehend where God is taking you. But if your parents and your Pastor listen to God, then they can speak by the Spirit and not from flesh and blood. There is a constant pull and you must win that battle in Jesus name. ‘Who hath believed our report? And to whom is the arm of the LORD revealed?’ Isa.53:1. Who you believe determines what manifests in your life; whose words you believe will ultimately determine where you end. Jesus says, ‘Take my yoke upon you. Let me teach you, because I am humble and gentle at heart, and you will find rest for your souls’ [Matt.11:29]. The tussle is on but I am prophesying that you will overcome. Only the Words that come from God can take you to the heights that God alone has prepared and reserved for you. ‘Your word is a lamp to guide my feet and a light for my path’ Ps.119:105.
Prayer: Lord, let Your Word be a lamp to my feet and a light to my path; let Your Word lunch me into my destiny in Christ in Jesus Name.
