You Are Not An Accident
‘For those whom He foreknew [of whom He was aware and loved beforehand], He also destined from the beginning [foreordaining them] to be molded into the image of His Son [and share inwardly His likeness], that He might become the firstborn among many brethren’ Rom.8:29 [AMP]
‘For those whom He foreknew [of whom He was aware and loved beforehand]’.You are not an accident. You are here for a purpose. God had a plan when He made you. You did not just happen by chance. Your parents may not have planned for you but guess what, God planned for you. You may be a surprise to them but you are not a surprise to Heaven. Your being alive is fulfilling part of God’s on going plan concerning you. Some people heard their parents say in reference to them that ‘this one should have been flushed out’. Such statements damage the child and the child goes around with that scar for the rest of its life. God’s plan existed even before such parents could have imagined that they would have another child and that plan already had the child in it. So it is their opinion that they should have flushed you but it was God’s plan to keep you because He has a purpose for you. A number of parents have come up to testify that the child who has become the pride and glory of the family was the one they had initially labeled a mistake. God has a plan for you. God is not making it up as you go along. God is not just guessing, He has planned out your future. ‘He also destined from the beginning [foreordaining them] to be molded into the image of His Son [and share inwardly His likeness]’. You will fulfill your destiny in Jesus name. We all have a collective destiny and that collective destiny is to be molded in the image of Christ Jesus. The extent to which you and I are molded into the image of Christ Jesus, it is to that same extent we will fulfill our individual destinies. Our collective destiny has direct impact on our individual destinies. It is the extent to which we fulfill our collective destiny that is the extent to which we will fulfill our specific destiny. Romans 8:29 is our collective destiny which God has planned for each of us. The Bible tells us that it was hidden initially but now it has been revealed. Key into this plan and you will fulfill God’s purpose for your life, without fail.
Prayer: Father, it is truly amazing to know that You have my life planned out. Thank You for being so mindful of me. Give me a deeper understanding of Your purpose for my life, in Jesus Name.
