You Are Not Alone
‘Don’t be afraid!” Elisha told him. For there are more on our side than on theirs!’ 2Kings.6:16
When God opens your eyes and you see that you are not alone, you will dare things that ordinary men cannot dare. You will go to places that ordinary people cannot go because greater is He that is in you than he that is in the world. There is more to life than meets the eye and all that you see is not all there is [Luke.2:9]. You are not alone; you need to be open to the supernatural. Elisha had to pray that God will open the eyes of his servant because all he could see was the physical [2kings.6:15-18]. God opened his eyes and he saw the legions of angels on their side and his fear disappeared. You have nothing to be afraid of, regardless of what it is, when you know that God is on your side. Will you go through fire? Yes you will, but it will not burn you because God is on your side. Will you go through the waters? Yes you will, but the waters will not drown you because God is for you. The fire and the water come with the package of knowing and experiencing the supernatural. Don’t ever overrule the supernatural. The fact that things are not the way they ought to be, the fact that you have tried everything you can and nothing has happened does not mean nothing will happen. The fact that you cannot see God in a particular situation does not mean He is not there. God will open your eyes and you will see His glory in Jesus Name. As you face that door, God Himself will blast the door open in Jesus Name. God will open your eyes to see that they that are with you are more than they that are against you. There are certain things in life that only takes the supernatural for it to happen. Being born again for instance, you cannot change yourself. ‘This means that anyone who belongs to Christ has become a new person. The old life is gone; a new life has begun!’ 2 Cor.5:17. It takes the supernatural for this to happen. Everything you see and experience in the physical first happens in the spiritual before it is manifested physically. You need to be familiar with the supernatural to set things right before they manifest in the physical.
Prayer: Lord Jesus, open my eyes to see that You are always for me and let every fear in my heart melt at the knowledge of Your presence, in Jesus Name.
