Spiritual Leprosy

Anyone who wants to be my disciple must follow me, because my servants must be where I am. And the Father will honor anyone who serves meJohn 12:26.

Please read Luke 17:11-18. As he entered a village there, ten lepers stood at a distance’ Luke 17:12.There is just so much in this passage of Scripture. The Bible records that the lepers stood at a distance from Jesus because they were leapers. And they shouted because they were leapers. Every spiritual leprosy in your life, I am praying that it will be cleansed and healed today in Jesus name. Everything that keeps you at a distance from Jesus, everything that makes you say afar off from Jesus, everything that creates that space between you and Jesus. God will take out today in Jesus Name. Why, because close proximity to Jesus is totally indispensable as a Christian. ‘Anyone who wants to be my disciple must follow me, because my servants must be where I am. And the Father will honor anyone who serves meJohn 12:26. Jesus is saying that you cannot follow Him without being where He is. You cannot be a follower of Jesus and be at a distance. The thing that keeps you at a distance from God is spiritual leprosy. What is that thing that you know is keeping you from moving close to Jesus? Jesus will heal you as you call upon Him today.

One of them, when he saw that he was healed, came back to Jesus, shouting, “Praise God!’ Luke17:15. Leprosy starts by eating up the phalanges, the fingers and toes, and then begins to eat up the body. So for them to be leprous it means they had practically lost their fingers and for some of them perhaps whole limbs. And this man when he saw that the leprosy had been healed, he turned and came back to Jesus shouting, thanking Him, worshipping Him, and praising Him. Some years ago, as I was driving, I ran into some traffic and had to stop. And for some reason I looked up at my rear view mirror and I saw a trailer racing toward me. I don’t know how I knew but I knew the trailer didn’t have brakes. Usually trailers move with such speed but stop right behind you. I don’t know why they do that. But for some reason I knew this one didn’t have brakes. And in that traffic, I moved my car, almost bumping into someone else just to get out of the way. Lo and behold, it rammed past, taking out a bit of my car and left a little dent plus crushed three cars in front. It could only have been Jesus directing me

Prayer: Father, let every stigma in my life will be wiped away by the Blood of Lamb and every spiritual leprosy be rolled away. Lord be glorified, in Jesus Name.
