Ingest It

John 1:^4-5 “The Word gave life to everything that was created, and his life brought light to everyone. The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness can never extinguish it.

When the Word works in you as a believer, you are preserved, strengthened, empowered, and lifted. In the Name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, the Word will work in your life and your head will not reject the Word of God. The Word is the Word, written and preached. The Word is prophetic, and by prophetic there is forth telling which is taking the Word inspired and preaching it. There is fore telling which is an operation of the Holy Spirit where you speak what will happen in the future, near or distant. Either forth telling or fore telling, it comes to us as a prophetic Word.

For instance, in God’s Favourite House, over the years beginning in 2012, God has given us several prophetic Words such as Establishment, Favour, Bloom, Victory, Rejoice, Freedom, New-Streams, Create, Light, Lifting, Limitless, and Enlargement. Do you receive it as the Word of God? That is what will make the difference in your life. Jehoshaphat was speaking to the children of Israel in 2 Chronicles 20:²⁰ “…Believe in the Lord your God, and you shall be established; believe His prophets, and you shall prosper.” (NKJV). Why? It is because the Prophet brings the ‘now’ Word. Everything is hinged on the Word of God.

Jesus speaking in Matthew 9:²⁹ “…According to your faith let it be done to you” (NIV). Meaning that the effectiveness of the Word of God in your life is up to you. The effectiveness, not the truthfulness of the Word of God. The Word of God is true, but if it is going to be effective in my life is up to me. If it is going to be effective in your life, it is up to you. What I am saying is, you get to choose how much God blesses your life. It will be done to you according to your faith. Hebrews 4:² “…the word which they heard did not profit them, not being mixed with faith in those who heard it” (NKJV). My faith makes God’s Word work in my life. It is your faith that makes God’s Word work in your life. That is how it works.

To work the Word of God, you need to make four choices and they are all summed up in your faith. The very first choice you need to make to work the Word is to Choose To Ingest It. Go on YouTube.com/gfhlive, go on the GFH Podcast on iTunes, play it in your car, play it at home, and play God’s Word everywhere. To get the Word to work, you need to ingest the Word. Why? The Word of God cannot be at work in you if the Word of God is not in you.

Prayer: Father, as I ingest Your Word daily, give me a deep understanding of Your Word and as I do what it says, let there be a performance in my life, in the Mighty Name of Jesus. Amen!
