Blessed are the peacemakers for they shall be called children of God. There are a lot of wars and killings going on in our world today because of ‘religion’. People are snuffing other peoples’ lives in defense of their god. People are doing all sorts of strange things in the Name of God. Listen to me, if your god cannot fight for himself something is wrong with that god. The church learnt a long time ago that God is greater than any insult from any movie. Do you know how many people have abused Jesus? Does that stop Him from being God? If you run a business and you take time out to listen well to the conversation of your staff, you will hear them abuse you. Do you worry yourself about that? If you do then something is definitely wrong with you. God is too great to be bothered by insults, heretics, or barriers because we are not talking about a God that cannot defend Himself. Check the Bible, God has been able and He is still able to defend Himself. When the Ark of the Covenant was placed in the same room with dagon, the first night dagon fell face down. Dagon probably  said to God ‘don’t mind these people they want to put me in trouble with You the Only Living God’ and he bowed down before God. The people came back the next day and put dagon back up. And by the day after, dagon had not only fallen face down but both his arms and neck had been chopped off. God is able to defend Himself. Elijah said to the prophets of baal come set up your altar, call on your god and I will call on my God. The God that answers by fire let him be God. To silence all this religious rivalry; even in Nigeria if they will agree let us stage an altar with pure water on it and let all the news channels come and cover it. And lets all call on our god. The god that can consume the pure water with fire let him be God.  If God does not answer, I will not serve Him anymore and that will be it. But you see God ALWAYS answers by fire.
