Irony of the Cross #2

The second irony of the cross is the man who is utterly powerless is actually the most powerful. [Read Matt.27:32-40]. Jesus was slapped, spat on, beaten, flogged on the head and he was stack naked. And he was too weak to carry his cross. They had to call Simon to carry his cross. And in all of this they still mocked him. They said to Jesus ‘for us to know you are the savior come down’. At The Son

Face The Storm I

The eagle soars along the direction of the wind. An eagle looks for and flies into the storm. When a storm is raging, an eagle flies straight into the storm. Other lesser birds [chickens, pigeons, parrots, vultures] will run for cover.
Fearless
‘For God has not given us a spirit of fear and timidity, but of power, love, and self-discipline’ 2 Tim.1:7
The first secret or attribute of the eagle that God wants us to imbibe is that the eagle is fearless. The eagle has absolutely no fear of its prey regardless of its size. Error To Avoid II
