Accurate! There is no ambiguity with God. This is not guess-work. No man could have been so detailed. The prophecy is in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bible.com\/bible\/116\/zec.11.12-13\">Zec.11:<sup>12<\/sup><\/a> \u201c<em>And I said to them, \u201cIf you like, give me my wages, whatever I am worth; but only if you want to.\u201d So they counted out for my wages thirty pieces of silver. <sup>13<\/sup> And the Lord said to me, \u201cThrow it to the potter\u201d\u2014this magnificent sum at which they valued me! So I took the thirty coins and threw them to the potter in the Temple of the Lord.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>The fulfillment is in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bible.com\/bible\/116\/mat.27.3-10\">Matt.27:<sup>3<\/sup><\/a> \u201c<em>When Judas, who had betrayed him, realized that Jesus had been condemned to die, he was filled with remorse. So he took the thirty pieces of silver back to the leading priests and the elders. <sup>4<\/sup> \u201cI have sinned,\u201d he declared, \u201cfor I have betrayed an innocent man.\u201d \u201cWhat do we care?\u201d they retorted. \u201cThat\u2019s your problem.\u201d <sup>5<\/sup> Then Judas threw the silver coins down in the Temple and went out and hanged himself. <sup>6<\/sup> The leading priests picked up the coins. \u201cIt wouldn\u2019t be right to put this money in the Temple treasury,\u201d they said, \u201csince it was payment for murder.\u201d <sup>7<\/sup> After some discussion they finally decided to buy the potter\u2019s field, and they made it into a cemetery for foreigners. <sup>8<\/sup> That is why the field is still called the Field of Blood. <sup>9<\/sup> This fulfilled the prophecy of Jeremiah that says, \u201cThey took the thirty pieces of silver\u2014 the price at which he was valued by the people of Israel, <sup>10<\/sup> and purchased the potter\u2019s field, as the Lord directed.<\/em>\u201d Extremely precise!<\/p>\n<p>The relevance of this to us is that even in the betrayal, even in what was done with the wages for the betrayal, God\u2019s hand was in it for His glory. Sometimes we go through things and we wonder why such things are happening to us. We even wonder how such pain, betrayal, shame can be for God\u2019s glory. However, if we will submit to God, we will see that everything will work out for our good. God is in control, He really is. You need to trust Him to experience the peace, knowing God is in control, brings. You need to be confident in this; if God has allowed it, then trust Him to use it for His glory. The betrayal was prophesied, but Jesus\u2019 trust in God was greater than Judas\u2019 mission.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Prayer<\/strong>: Father, I come and I surrender all to You; work out Your plans for my life and bring glory to Your Holy Name in every detail of my life, in Jesus Name.
