By His wounds you have been healed<\/em>.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Today, we will kick-off from where we stopped yesterday. Isaiah stood in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gfhlive.tv\/freshfire\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/MAR17FF.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-17139\" src=\"https:\/\/www.gfhlive.tv\/freshfire\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/MAR17FF-300x181.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"181\" srcset=\"https:\/\/gfhlive.tv\/freshfire\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/MAR17FF-300x181.jpg 300w, https:\/\/gfhlive.tv\/freshfire\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/MAR17FF-768x464.jpg 768w, https:\/\/gfhlive.tv\/freshfire\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/MAR17FF.jpg 851w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a>the past and looked prophetically into The Cross, even though it was a future event, and he was receiving God\u2019s Word for the present and declaring it prophetically. He was seeing Jesus being wounded for our <!--more-->transgressions, bruised for our iniquities and by His wounds on The Cross we are healed. He was appropriating it in the present and he said, <em>\u201c\u2026by His wounds we <u>are<\/u> healed<\/em>&#8220;. Peter, on the other hand, was looking backward at The Cross and saying, &#8220;<em>He was wounded for our transgressions, He was bruised for our iniquities and by His stripes, you <u>were<\/u> healed<\/em>.\u201d I need you to get this; by covenant, when we come to God for healing, we are not praying to access healing like Isaiah, to be healed. We are praying, and enforcing and saying, we have been healed! This makes a whole lot of difference.<\/p>\n<p>I too have to trust God for healing, but when I stand before God, my approach is not to beg God to make me well. I first thank Him because I am well, <em>by the wounds of Jesus I have been healed<\/em> and based on that I continue to pray. I am enforcing what has been done, not trying to call into being what will be done. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bible.com\/bible\/8\/1pe.2.4\">1 Pet. 2:<sup>24<\/sup><\/a> (AMPC) \u201c<strong><em><u>He personally bore our sins<\/u><\/em><\/strong><em> in His (own) body on the tree (as on an altar and offered Himself on it), that we might die (cease to exist) to sin and live to righteousness. By His wounds <strong><u>you have been healed<\/u><\/strong><\/em>.\u201d (emphasis added)<\/p>\n<p>Timothy struggled with stomach issues and Paul had to pray for Timothy&#8217;s healing. However, Paul was not praying because of what God will do, he was praying because of what God has done. It is done, you have been healed! When we read the Book of Isaiah it is unmistakable how hugely prophetic the man Isaiah was. He speaks a lot about Christ and the new birth, about what happens. He speaks about Israel, but He is going in and out. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bible.com\/bible\/116\/isa.57.18\">Isa.57:<sup>18<\/sup><\/a> \u201c<em>I have seen what they do, but I will heal them anyway\u2026<\/em>\u201d It is just like saying, <em>while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Prayer<\/strong>: Father, I thank You because I am well, by the wounds of Jesus I and everyone You have added unto me has been healed, in Jesus Name.
