The eagle can spot another eagle or something just as big from 80km away. From 500meters high, the eagle can spot a coin on the floor clearly. God wants us to learn from this. Basically, God is saying we have to see clearly and from afar off.

You need to have a vision for your life. Don’t even make it complicated. What can you see? I want to challenge every wife, ask your husband today what he can see and what is his vision for the family in key areas such as health and finances. This is not a call for confrontation; rather I am urging you to help your husband get a vision. My wife does that to me, especially at the beginning of every year, she asks me where I am taking the family. Even if I have not articulated it, it forces me to articulate it. What can you see? Your vision must be big, clear, and far-sighted. I am praying for you today that you will not be visionless. I am praying that your vision will be clear, God sized, and far reaching.

‘And the Lord said to Abram, after Lot had separated from him: “Lift your eyes now and look from the place where you are—northward, southward, eastward, and westward; for all the land which you see I give to you and your descendants forever’ Gen13:14-15 [NKJV]. Interestingly God did not say to Abram ‘all the land that is in this place I will give you’. Instead God said ‘Look, what can you see, as far as you can see, I will give you’. In other words, where your vision stops – your provision stops. Vision is so key because without a vision there can be no provision. The demand for heavenly provision will not be valid without a vision. So what is your vision for your career?
