Could he possibly be the Messiah?\u201d<\/i><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">The Psalmist said in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bible.com\/en-GB\/bible\/116\/psa.84.10\">Ps.84:<sup>10<\/sup><\/a> \u201c<i>A single day in your courts is better than a thousand anywhere else! I would <\/i><span class=\"s1\"><b><i>rather<\/i><\/b><\/span><i> be a gatekeeper in the house of my God than live the good life in the homes of the wicked<\/i>.\u201d (emphasis added). <!--more-->I would <span class=\"s1\"><b><i>rather<\/i><\/b><\/span> be a gatekeeper. You hear people describe their service in God\u2019s house as \u2018just\u2019 \u2013 I am <i>just<\/i> arranging chairs, I am <i>just<\/i> washing the toilet, I am <i>just<\/i> parking cars\u2026 just? When you minimize your value in God\u2019s house, you will struggle elsewhere. Your significance comes with you valuing being a gatekeeper in God&#8217;s house than living in luxury elsewhere. That is the value of His habitation. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bible.com\/en-GB\/bible\/116\/psa.26.8\">Ps. 26:<sup>8<\/sup><\/a><i> \u201cI love your sanctuary, Lord, the place where your glorious presence dwells.\u201d<\/i><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><i>Where are you staying<\/i>? <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bible.com\/en-GB\/bible\/116\/psa.27.4\">Ps.27:<sup>4<\/sup> \u201c<\/a><i>The one thing I ask of the Lord\u2014the thing I seek <\/i><b><i>most<\/i><\/b><i>\u2014is to live in the house of the Lord all the days of my life, delighting in the Lord\u2019s perfections and meditating in his Temple<\/i>.\u201d (emphasis added). In other words, God\u2019s house, His habitation is the number one priority in my life. David says, \u201cAs the deer pants for the water so my soul longs for Your habitation and longs for You\u201d [paraphrased from <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bible.com\/en-GB\/bible\/116\/psa.42.1-2\">Ps.42:1-2].<\/a> What is your longing, your priority, your number one? Is it God\u2019s house? Is it His presence? By God\u2019s house we mean, your body, your life, your heart is the temple of the Holy Spirit. God wants to make it His house and tabernacle there. I pray that will be the hunger of your life beginning from today in Jesus Name.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bible.com\/en-GB\/bible\/2016\/jhn.1.38-39\">John 1:<sup>38-39<\/sup><\/a> <i>\u201c\u2026 \u201cRabbi\u201d (which translated means Teacher), \u201cwhere are you staying?\u201d He said to them, \u201cCome and see.\u201d They came and saw where he was staying, and they remained with him that day. It was about four o\u2019clock in the afternoon<\/i>.\u201d (NRSV]. When some people asked to know where Jesus was saying, His response was, \u201cThe fox has holes, the birds have nests, but the Son of man has nowhere to lays His head.\u201d <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bible.com\/en-GB\/bible\/116\/luk.9.57-59\">[Luke 9:57-59]<\/a>. In other words, Jesus does not want those people to know where He was staying or to come there. But to the people He really wanted to come, He would say, \u201cCome and see.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bible.com\/en-GB\/bible\/116\/jhn.1.41-42\">John 1:<sup>41-42<\/sup> <\/a>\u201c<i>Andrew went to <\/i><b><i>find<\/i><\/b><i> his brother, Simon, and told him, We have found the Messiah\u201d (which means \u201cChrist\u201d). Then Andrew <\/i><b><i>brought<\/i><\/b><i> Simon to meet Jesus<\/i>\u2026\u201d (emphasis added). The truth is when you meet Jesus, you cannot keep Him to yourself. You will find your loved ones and bring them to Jesus. It is a strange thing for you to find God and keep Him to yourself. You have to worry about where your loved ones will spend eternity. The first thing Andrew did was he went to find \u2013 meaning, he did not just bump into Peter on the way. Andrew went on a search mission, looking for Peter. Years ago, after I gave my life to Jesus, I remember telling one of my brothers about Jesus. I had preached my heart out, crying, \u201cCome to Jesus\u201d. I did not know when he began to cry too. It is strange for you to be with Jesus and not care what happens to your loved ones.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><b>Prayer<\/b>: Father, I will not be silent about the pleasures of Your presence, in Jesus Name.
