{"id":22896,"date":"2022-03-08T00:01:33","date_gmt":"2022-03-07T23:01:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/gfhlive.tv\/freshfire\/?p=22896"},"modified":"2022-03-06T16:04:46","modified_gmt":"2022-03-06T15:04:46","slug":"promised-turn","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/gfhlive.tv\/freshfire\/2022\/03\/08\/promised-turn\/","title":{"rendered":"Promised Turn"},"content":{"rendered":"<!--[if lt IE 9]><script>document.createElement('audio');<\/script><![endif]-->\n<audio class=\"wp-audio-shortcode\" id=\"audio-22896-1\" preload=\"none\" style=\"width: 100%;\" controls=\"controls\"><source type=\"audio\/mpeg\" src=\"http:\/\/gfhlive.tv\/freshfire\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/Mar-8.mp3?_=1\" \/><a href=\"http:\/\/gfhlive.tv\/freshfire\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/Mar-8.mp3\">http:\/\/gfhlive.tv\/freshfire\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/Mar-8.mp3<\/a><\/audio>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><i><a href=\"https:\/\/www2.bible.com\/en-GB\/bible\/116\/JOS.21.45\">Joshua 21:<sup>45<\/sup><\/a> \u201cNot a single one of all the good promises the Lord had given to the family of Israel was left unfulfilled; everything he had spoken came true.\u201d<\/i><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">In this season, in addition to experiencing a turnaround from <span class=\"s1\"><b>Darkness<\/b><\/span> to <span class=\"s1\"><b>Light<\/b><\/span>, from the <span class=\"s1\"><b>Prison<\/b><\/span> to the <span class=\"s1\"><b>Palace<\/b><\/span>,<b> <\/b>from<b> <\/b><span class=\"s1\"><b>Sorrow<\/b><\/span><b> <\/b>to<b> <\/b><span class=\"s1\"><b>Joy<\/b><\/span>, from <span class=\"s1\"><b>Penury<\/b><\/span> to <span class=\"s1\"><b>Plenty<\/b><\/span>, and From <span class=\"s1\"><b>Having a Career<\/b><\/span> to <span class=\"s1\"><b>Having a Call<\/b><\/span>.<!--more--> Expect a turnaround from <span class=\"s1\"><b>Barrenness<\/b><\/span> to <span class=\"s1\"><b>Fruitfulness<\/b><\/span>. \u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www2.bible.com\/en-GB\/bible\/116\/2KI.4.11\">2 Kings 4:<sup>11<\/sup> <\/a>\u201c<i>One day Elisha returned to Shunem, and he went up to this upper room to rest<\/i>.\u201d This upper room was set up by this woman that was apparently barren.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www2.bible.com\/en-GB\/bible\/116\/2KI.4.12-14\">2 Kings 4:<sup>12-14<\/sup><\/a> \u201cHe said to his servant Gehazi, \u201cTell the woman from Shunem I want to speak to her.\u201d When she appeared, <sup>13<\/sup> Elisha said to Gehazi, \u201cTell her, \u2018We appreciate the kind concern you have shown us. What can we do for you? Can we put in a good word for you to the king or to the commander of the army?\u2019\u201d \u201cNo,\u201d she replied, \u201cmy family takes good care of me.\u201d Later Elisha asked Gehazi, \u201cWhat can we do for her?&#8230;\u201d I pray, in the Name of Jesus, that you will get to a place in God that God will be asking, \u2018what can I do for this girl or boy\u2019. It is God that will be asking. Huge!<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www2.bible.com\/en-GB\/bible\/116\/2KI.4.14\">2 Kings 4:<sup>14<\/sup><\/a> \u201c\u2026<i>Gehazi replied, \u201cShe doesn\u2019t have a son, and her husband is an old man.\u201d<\/i> You know what that means? When they say the husband is an old man, it means there is no action in their marriage anymore. <a href=\"https:\/\/www2.bible.com\/en-GB\/bible\/116\/2KI.4.15\">2 Kings 4:<sup>15<\/sup><\/a> \u201c<i>Call her back again,\u201d Elisha told him. When the woman returned, Elisha said to her as she stood in the doorway.<\/i>\u201d This woman had respect; she did not just come to Elisha&#8217;s room even though she was the one that built the room for Elisha. Yet when she came, she stood at the doorway &#8211; unbelievable honour! <a href=\"https:\/\/www2.bible.com\/en-GB\/bible\/116\/2KI.4.16\">2 Kings 4:<sup>16<\/sup><\/a> \u201c<i>Next year at this time you will be holding a son in your arms!..\u201d <\/i>The declaration God will make in your life, that He will not have to ask for permission will begin to happen today in the Name of Jesus.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www2.bible.com\/en-GB\/bible\/116\/2KI.4.16\">2 Kings 4:<sup>16<\/sup><\/a><i> \u201c\u2026No, my lord!\u201d she cried. \u201cO man of God, don\u2019t deceive me and get my hopes up like that.<\/i>\u201d Why did she react like this? She knew the condition of her body and her husband had probably not been intimate with her for a while. This was really sensitive for the woman. She had probably cried and cried for years, month after month after month. And every time she sees her period, she would weep. Yet the Bible says in <a href=\"https:\/\/www2.bible.com\/en-GB\/bible\/116\/2KI.4.17\">2 Kings 4:<sup>17<\/sup><\/a>\u00a0 \u201c<i>But sure enough, the woman soon became pregnant. And at that time the following year she had a son, just as Elisha had said<\/i>.\u201d In the Name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, everyone desiring God for a baby, by this time next year you will have a son and so shall it be.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">I believe that God is saying to someone reading this today [if you will receive it], that that prayer point that you have abandoned, even when you think about it, your heart skips. You have made up your mind to serve God even if God does not answer it. God is saying to you that He will answer it. You can go and write today&#8217;s date down, that change is going to happen. That prayer is going to be answered even if you are saying, \u2018Pastor do not get my hopes up.\u2019 Too late!<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><b>Prayer<\/b>: Father, none of Your good promises to me will be left unfulfilled, in Jesus Name.
