Get Wisdom<\/span>. Stretch Your Imagination<\/span>. Establish Your Goals<\/span>. Build The Team<\/span>. You need to build a team for every dream. Everyone that will fulfil the greatness that God has for them must build a team because no great dream can be fulfilled alone. The challenge most times is that a lot of people do not understand that when you build a team, it is not about you any longer. It is about the team that is achieving a greater purpose. Building a team means being a part of the team. You need to be a part of the team. I encourage people to get their children to do sports, at least one team sport like soccer, or basketball. Where they can learn that even though you can be the best player and score the highest number of goals, if you have a bad goalkeeper, he can concede several goals and that neutralizes your goals scored.<\/p>\n

A practical lesson is that you cannot do anything if the team does not function. When you learn that your commitment to the team is more important than your personal glorification. When you are in a team, be in that team. The other sport I encourage children to play is single sports, where your destiny is in your hands. Like singles tennis or golf, where it is you, your wins or otherwise. You decide and determine how the game goes. It is in your hands. If you must, play those two kinds of sports, it will help you to really understand how to tackle different things. But when it comes to the dream, you cannot really go far without building a team. And you cannot really go far without being a part of a team. There is a bigger vision.<\/p>\n

Eccl.4:9-12<\/sup><\/a> \u201cTwo people are better off than one, for they can help each other succeed. If one person falls, the other can reach out and help. But someone who falls alone is in real trouble. Likewise, two people lying close together can keep each other warm. But how can one be warm alone? A person standing alone can be attacked and defeated, but two can stand back-to-back and conquer. Three are even better, for a triple-braided cord is not easily broken<\/i>.\u201d To build your dream, you must be a part of a team and build a team around it. On the concept of building teams, John Maxwell said, \u201cTeamwork makes the dream work. But a vision becomes a nightmare when the leader has a big dream and a bad team.\u201d It is not just to have a team; you must have a good team. If you have a good team, you are good.<\/p>\n

Great people build teams and if you chronicle all areas, silos always have problems. Silos are always vulnerable to wolves and foxes. Great people always build teams. Let\u2019s break it down so that it is clearer. The major areas of our lives are outlined in the goals card inserted. So let\u2019s chronicle one area, in your career, for instance, you have to build a team that will make your career dreams a reality.<\/p>\n
