If you are single, leave Eros alone until marriage. \u2018I plead with you, I beseech you o women of Jerusalem not to awaken love until the time is right\u2019 <\/i>[Please also read Songs of Solomon 2:7<\/a>, 3:5<\/a>, 8:4<\/a>]. And this is so important for those of us that are single. Don\u2019t awaken this thing called Eros until the time is right. You will mess up too many things in your life. Let the sleeping dog lie. Don\u2019t awaken it until the time is right. Why such a strong plea not to awaken love ahead of time? \u2018\u2026For love<\/i> [Eros] is as strong as death,\u2028its jealousy as enduring as the grave. Love flashes like fire,<\/i>\u00a0<\/i>the brightest kind of flame. Many waters cannot quench love, nor can rivers drown it.\u2028If a man tried to buy love\u2028with all his wealth, his offer would be utterly scorned\u2019 <\/i>Sng.8:6-7<\/a>. Love is as strong as death. When a woman truly loves you, whether you have money or not, it would not be an issue. How do I know? I have a woman who truly loves me and when we started money was not an issue. My wife\u2019s parents are comfortable but a day to our wedding I did not have a house. I had been staying with my brother but I was not going to get married in my brother\u2019s house. I am sure you all know that\u00a0 it is a bad idea. We got a house a night to the wedding day. I am not advising you to do that but that was the situation I found myself in and my wife knew. I did not hide it from her because there was nothing to hide. And she had no problem with it. It also means I did not have anything. I was not buying stuff then as I was in my brother\u2019s house. I was using their stuff. So after we got married, we went together to buy the things we needed for our house at that time. A long chair, a bed, a stove, and a fan – that was all we had and nothing mattered. I have heard people say what is happening to the ladies of nowadays, Mary married a carpenter. The point is this, guys don\u2019t miss this, if a girl really loves you it won\u2019t matter whether you have money or not. Ladies don\u2019t miss this, if you really love a guy it would not matter whether he has money or not. However, men you will get past this stage and unto the phase where you must provide for your family. So understand that you need to man-up not fight your wife.<\/p>\n
