The paradigms that are restricting destinies are deceitful.<!--more--> The thoughts that are putting a lid on people&#8217;s progress are sly. Like we have said repeatedly, the power is in the deception. Once you unravel the deception, and you believe the truth of God&#8217;s Word, everything that has held you bound and limited you shatters. Why? It is because you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free. It also means that if you embrace a lie, the lie will keep you bound. But when you know the truth, the truth will set you free. That is why Jesus warned His disciples to be careful of the deceptive teachings, the leaven of the Pharisees.<\/p>\n<p>I have seen people lose out big time because they believed a lie. Remember, poison is useless by itself but lethal when it is mixed with meat. The question is, what lies have you believed that are limiting you? Today, in the Name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, the truth of God&#8217;s Word will shatter that lie. Every lie, barrier, and thought that has kept you limited breaks off now in the Name of Jesus. In every area that you want promotion, progress, and advancement, ask yourself, what lies have I believed? Lies keep you bound, but the truth sets you free.<\/p>\n<p>As teenagers, many of us were self-conscious. Even though we are now adults, some people never grew out of it. It is in the teenage years that people come into self-consciousness. When you enter a space and people look up and they continue what they are doing, or they start talking, we assume that they were talking about us. Some adults today are bothered by these things\u2026 they are looking at me, or they are talking about me. However, I realized very early as a teenager that people are not actually talking about you. You are not as important in people&#8217;s minds as you think you are. The ones who are talking about you have a problem. Mostly, when people look at you, they are admiring you.<\/p>\n<p>There was someone I never used to talk to because I assumed she didn\u2019t like me and was always gossiping about me. So, I convinced myself not to care about her. Meanwhile, we had never really spoken. But when I entered the classroom, because she was always talking to her friends, I just assumed she was talking about me. Only for me to find out that she was telling my friend to introduce us. She said she liked how I bounced into class. I was like Oops! We believe lies easily, and many people have wrecked their marriages because they believed a lie. The lies we tell ourselves or the enemy whispers to us are not powerful until we believe them.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Prayer<\/strong>: Father, let Your Word and truth shatter every lie I have believed, in Jesus Name.
