Waiting time is not wasted time, waiting time is People<\/em> time. When the king\u2019s baker and the cupbearer told Joseph they had dreams, if it were some of us, as soon as we hear the word dreams, we will run because it was dreams that caused our problems initially. But the dream that brought you into the problem is the same dream that will take you out of the problem. You are coming out; so don\u2019t run from people. People propel us to go further faster. Remember, according to Matt Bird, for you to fulfill your destiny 25% relies on your technical skills and 75% relies on your people skills. Waiting time is people<\/em> time. Connect with people.<\/p>\n

Waiting time is not wasted time, waiting time is Preparation<\/em> time. You ponder, you pray, you connect with people, and then you prepare. When you are preparing for something, there is anticipation. When you are preparing for an exam or an interview, there is anticipation. Preparation builds your anticipation. When you are preparing for a wedding there is anticipation. God said to me long time ago, \u201cYou are waiting for this promise and you are living as if the traffic light is on red\u201d. And I said to God, \u201cIs it not on red? We both know that it is on red. You have put it on red so here we are\u201d. And He said, \u201cNo, don\u2019t see it as being on red\u201d. Then what He said next changed my life and I pray it changes yours. He said, \u201cWhen you are waiting, the traffic light has actually just shifted from red to yellow. So it is not a red light, it is a yellow light\u201d. When you are at the traffic light and the light changes to yellow what do you do? You engage the gear, and then you continue waiting and watching. And if you are like me, sometimes I am watching the car beside me because I am sure I am going to leave them in the dust. Once the light turns to green, I turbo! Now don\u2019t judge me, I do that sometimes not all the time. Waiting time is preparation time. When you prepare, what you are saying in essence is – when God does this, I will do this. When this happens, I will be ready and I will do this. You need to prepare so that when God eventually opens that door, you are prepared.<\/p>\n
