You\u2019ll be called Hephzibah (My Delight), and your land Beulah (Married), Because God delights in you and your land will be like a wedding celebration [MSG]<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>When we look at life through the eyes of the \u201cfear of rejection\u201d, we are unable to see the hurt of others and so we miss opportunities to minister to people in need. Picture this, Sister A walks past Sister B in church and does not respond to her greeting. Sister B takes offense and throws a pity party in her heart \u2013 \u2018how could she do that? No body likes me in this church! Look at her, who can even like someone with such a nose?\u2019 As God would have it, they both boarded the same bus one day and Sister A greets Sister B so warmly and <!--more-->tells her about how her son had leukemia and it has made her a shadow of herself. And how she is constantly deep in thought. Sister B then realizes that Sister A did not even see her the other day in church, meanwhile she has murdered her in her heart. God will have mercy on you and on me too.<\/p>\n<p>So what is the antidote? You must first <strong><u>accept what God says about you<\/u><\/strong>. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bible.com\/bible\/68\/PSA.8.5\">Ps. 8:<sup>5<\/sup><\/a> <em>&#8220;You (God) made man inferior only to Yourself; You crowned him with glory and honor&#8221;<\/em> [GN]. God has made you inferior to only Himself and you are crowned with God\u2019s glory and honour. You are inferior to no man!<\/p>\n<p>Secondly, you must accept the fact that <strong><u>Christ has made you acceptable<\/u><\/strong>.<a href=\"https:\/\/www.biblegateway.com\/passage\/?search=+Eph.+1%3A4&amp;version=TLB\"> Eph. 1:4<\/a> <em>&#8220;\u2026Through <u>what Christ did not us<\/u>, He decided to make us holy in His eyes, <u>without a single fault<\/u> &#8212; we stand before God covered with His love&#8221;<\/em> [LB, with emphasis]. God knows every single thing about you and about me and He still loves us.<\/p>\n<p>The third antidote to the fear of rejection is you must accept that <strong><u>if God says you are okay, then you are okay<\/u><\/strong>. If people do not like you then that is their business. God says you are okay. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.biblegateway.com\/passage\/?search=2Cor.10%3A18&amp;version=PHILLIPS\">2Cor.10:<sup>18<\/sup><\/a> <em>&#8220;It is <u>not self-commendation<\/u> that matters, it is winning the approval of God!&#8221;<\/em> [Ph, with emphasis]. It is winning the approval of God that matters.<\/p>\n<p>Fourthly, you must accept that <strong><u>no matter who rejects me, God never will<\/u><\/strong>. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bible.com\/bible\/116\/PSA.27.10\">Ps. 27:<sup>10<\/sup> <\/a>\u201c<em>Even if my mother and father forsake me, the Lord will receive me.&#8221;<\/em> The love of a father or a mother is so deep. Our parents are the first place we look to for love and acceptance. The Bible says that even if they reject you, the Lord will receive you. That is totally powerful! I pray this heals you.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Prayer<\/strong>: Lord Jesus, Your love, Your truth, Your grace abounds to me, in You I have found all that I need, in Jesus Name.
