Then God made you <strong><u>alive<\/u><\/strong> with Christ, for he <strong><u>forgave all<\/u><\/strong> our sins. <strong><sup>14<\/sup>\u00a0<\/strong>He <strong><u>canceled<\/u><\/strong> the record of the charges against us and took it away by <strong><u>nailing it to the cross<\/u><\/strong><\/em>\u201d <em>[with emphasis].<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Yesterday we talked about three kinds of boasts; man\u2019s boast, God\u2019s boast and satan\u2019s boast. Today we will be learning the two ways of escaping satan\u2019s boast. The first way is to not ever sin from the day you were born till the day you die. <!--more-->Then and only then will you escape the enemy\u2019s boast. But you and I know that this is not possible.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bible.com\/bible\/116\/ROM.3.23.nlt\">Rom.3:<sup>23<\/sup><\/a> \u201c<em>For everyone has sinned; we all fall short of God\u2019s glorious standard<\/em>\u201d. The only sinless man that walked upon the earth was Jesus. Jesus says in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.biblegateway.com\/passage\/?search=John+14%3A30&amp;version=JUB\">John 14:<sup>30<\/sup><\/a> \u201c<em>the prince of the world comes and finds nothing in me<\/em>.\u201d In other words, no sin was found in Jesus. There was nothing satan could boast about in Jesus. I pray that beginning from today, when the prince of this world comes to you, he will find nothing in you to boast about in the Mighty Name of Jesus.<\/p>\n<p>The second way of escaping the enemy\u2019s boast completely is forgiveness. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bible.com\/bible\/116\/COL.2.14.nlt\">Col.2:<\/a><strong><em><sup>14<\/sup>\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><em>He <strong><u>canceled<\/u><\/strong> the record of the charges against us and took it away by <strong><u>nailing it to the cross<\/u><\/strong><\/em>\u201d [with emphasis]. The greatest boast of satan in your life was taken away by Jesus and nailed to The Cross. Now that is just beautiful ! The major weapon the enemy successfully uses against humanity was taken away at The Cross. The weapon of unforgiven sin was nailed to The Cross. Whenever satan makes a boast about you, about your marriage, about your life and every time you kneel down and all you see is condemnation by faith just say to satan, \u201cit is nailed to The Cross and I am free.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>God has removed all the charges against us and nailed it to The Cross. The enemy accuses us but the enemy cannot condemn us. You have to stop trying to get the enemy to stop accusing you. The enemy will accuse you but the enemy cannot condemn you. The setting depicted in Colossians 2 is that of a law court. The enemy has brought up charges with evidence from your tweets, messages, voice and video conversations. But the judge presiding over the case is your Father. God is a just God and He sent Jesus to pay the price for our sins so that when the enemy comes railing accusations at us, God\u2019s verdict concerning us will be forgiven!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Prayer<\/strong>: Father, I thank You for forgiving all my sins and canceling all the records of charges against me, thank You for the finished work on The Cross, in Jesus Name.
