According to God\u2019s plan, your family is the first community experience you <!--more-->enjoy. It is customary for mothers to hug their child after the baby is born. Research has proven that beyond sentimental and emotional value, that child can survive on just being cuddled for the first few hours of its life. Further studies reveal that children who were abandoned at birth become dysfunctional and those who were cuddled at birth are healthy. \u2018Two people are better off than one, for they can help each other succeed. If one person falls, the other can reach out and help. But someone who falls alone is in real trouble. Likewise, two people lying close together can keep each other warm. As we experience community, we enjoy dominance. Jesus Himself promised that where two are gathered together in His Name, He will show up. Jesus shows up to strengthen our numbers and multiply our dominance effect. No man is an island. There is beauty in experiencing God alone but the experience is even better when there are two. Africans are community centric by nature but the western influence seems to be robbing us of this. As a Church we believe strongly in the power of community and are leveraging the experience for Jesus. Such that when people get to the point where they need someone, they will find the Church community.
