King, Priest, and Prophet

‘And hath made us kings and priests unto God and his Father; to him be glory and dominion forever and ever. Amen’ Rev.1:6 [KJV].

‘The letter to the king of Israel said: “With this letter I present my servant Naaman. I want you to heal him of his leprosy.” When the king of Israel read the letter, he tore his clothes in dismay and said, “This man sends me a leper to heal! Am I God, that I can give life and take it away? I can see that he’s just trying to pick a fight with me’ 2 Kings 5:6-7. The king of Aram placed a demand on the king of Israel for what only a prophet can deliver. The king of Israel immediately became distressed. Many of us are in distress today because we are placing a demand on our kingship for what only our prophetic side can deliver. Did you get that? Don’t miss it. It might be in your business or finances. The truth is that you are experiencing pressure in that area because you are engaging it as a king. You cannot solve with the kingly anointing what only the prophetic anointing can solve. In the days of old, the king, priest, and prophet anointing was split on different people. When Jesus came, He embodied the three in Him, so do we. Have you been deploying the kingly anointing to sort out the pressures in your home? I need you to step back and begin to engage your prophetic anointing. Start speaking the things that ought to be into place. Declare that as surely as the Lord God lives it will happen and it will happen. You need to begin to deploy your prophetic unction. Perhaps it is in your office that they are determined to scatter the works of your hands before your eyes and you are beginning to get confused. Start to declare that as surely as the Lord God lives before whom you stand this position cannot be taken by anybody but you. This is the audacity of the prophet. Elisha said ‘Why are you so upset? Send Naaman to me, and he will learn that there is a true prophet here in Israel’ 2 Kings 5:9. Stop engaging in the kingly anointing what only the prophetic anointing can sort out.
