All!

Let your roots grow down into him, and let your lives be built on him. Then your faith will grow strong in the truth you were taught, and you will overflow with thankfulnessCol.2:7

Build your life on Christ which means you ensure that every block you are putting in place is on Christ. “In him lie hidden all the treasures of wisdom and knowledgeCol.2:3. I have news for you from this passage of Scripture, all you will ever need to know is in Christ – all! Everything was made by Him. We thank God for scientist, scientist are amazing, I am a scientist. The number one job of a scientist is to discover things. If you enter someone’s room and discover there is money under the pillow, who put the money there? Someone must have put the money there. But you go everywhere saying you are the one that discovered the money and you must be credited for your brilliance. You probably did a lot of work in your searching but guess what? This God we are talking about, Christ, in Him lies the fullness of all knowledge and wisdom we can ever want.

In our past discuss about the galaxy, we pointed out how tiny we [man] are compared to the scheme of things in the universe. The scientists say the universe is so big, it is almost unfathomable. And guess what? They are saying it is like there is another universe, so we are in a multi-verse. I can just imagine Christ laughing and saying, I will show you some more. And He will show them a new star and they will rejoice. In Him is hidden all the treasure of wisdom. “Don’t let anyone capture you with empty philosophies and high-sounding nonsense that come from human thinking and from the spiritual powers of this world, rather than from Christ. For in Christ lives all the fullness of God in a human bodyCol.2:8-9 [emphasis added]. Do not let anybody bamboozle you that there is certain knowledge that is not in the Bible or that the Bible is not complete, there is the sixth and seventh book of Moses. Have you heard that before? What are they looking for? Everything is in Christ so do not let anyone confuse you. “So don’t let anyone condemn you for what you eat or drink, or for not celebrating certain holy days or new moon ceremonies or Sabbaths.  For these rules are only shadows of the reality yet to come. And Christ himself is that realityCol.1:16-17 [emphasis added]. Now just pause for a while and read that again. If you have Jesus, really – really you have everything! Someone said that he that has God and riches does not have more than he that has God alone. If all you have is Christ the person that has Christ and riches does not have more than you because in Christ is all the riches and all the wisdom and all the power.

Prayer [song]: Everything, everything, Lord You are everything to me (2x). My treasure, my priority, who can compare with You. Great is the measure of Your royalty, O Morning Star, You truly are everything.
