Go!

“Go to the lost, confused people right here in the neighborhood. Tell them that the kingdom is here. Bring health to the sick. Raise the dead. Touch the untouchables. Kick out the demons. You have been treated generously, so live generously. Matt.10:7&8 [MSG]

God does not only want you to have the Kingdom, God wants you to propagate the Kingdom. Sadly, this is where a lot of Christians miss it. Sometimes, it is also the fault of the Pastors because they do not preach it. So a lot of Christians think that the Kingdom of God is about them. All they are thinking about is how God will sort them out. God says, that is the least of the problem. The question is, what will you do when you are anointed? When you are healed, what will you do? God wants you to bring healing to people. God wants you to bring deliverance to people. You say me? Yes you! But I am not a Pastor. It doesn’t matter!

Let me share an experience I had with you, I was not a Pastor at the time. There was a misunderstanding with someone that was highly placed in the organization. I had to go and see him to clear the air but throughout the duration of our meeting, he was just holding his head. I ignored it until the meeting was over and then I asked him what the problem was. He told me he had been having a splitting headache, he mentioned how long he had been having the headache but I cannot remember. I said, “Jesus can heal you, can I pray for you?” The look he gave me was, you have come again with this your Jesus. He could have told me to get out of his office but what did he have to lose? If he sends me away, who is going to have the headache? So he looked at me and asked,” you said Jesus will heal me? “And I said, yes. So he agreed, we held hands and prayed and Jesus healed him of the headache. I was far from being a Pastor at the time. I did not invite him to give his life to Jesus because I had told him about Christ countless times and he did not listen to me. I just prayed for him and left him. Today he is born again and the people that know him attest to the radical change in his life to the glory of God.

Who knows, maybe that encounter is one of the things God used to show him that there is a superior Kingdom. God wants to use you to propagate His kingdom. Jesus says, behold, all powers in heaven and on earth have been given unto Me. Go and propagate My kingdom and I am with you always.

Prayer: Holy Spirit, please make me extra sensitive to opportunities to propagate the Kingdom and help me seize each opportunity for God, in Jesus Name.
