Dependable

Rom.8: 28 “And we know that God causes everything to work together for the good of those who love God and are called according to his purpose for them. 31 What shall we say about such wonderful things as these? If God is for us, who can ever be against us?”

Thank God that He has dealt conclusively with fear in our lives. But a lot of people are still afraid to fail and afraid of failure. You can call it a natural reaction but I am here to give you good news. The good news for you and I is that as long as we are with God, all things will work together for your good. Why? If God is all that you have left, you have more than enough. Again, how is that possible? It is possible because in His Presence, there is fullness of joy and at His right hand there are pleasures for evermore.

Seven years ago when God’s Favourite House started, honestly, God was all that we had. Even now, God is all that we have. We started off at the then Protea hotel. I could only afford to pay for two services. That in itself was a statement that if God does not show up, the whole thing was going to fail on arrival. But God showed up and He did not just stop there, God went ahead of us. If God is all that you have left, you have more than enough and you have to rest in that. Unfortunately a lot of people are depending too much on physical things. God wants you to keep your eyes on Him and on Him alone. God is more than enough! Again I say, God is more than enough for you and His instruction to you is Rejoice!

The Prophetic Dimension: A lot of the time, God will declare what will happen before it happens. So God is saying rejoice because of what is going to happen in your life. Rejoice is a prophetic utterance. What is coming your way is bigger and better than what has gone. Yes, you are already successful but what is coming is bigger than what you have ever seen. Some people have suffered a loss and are wondering what could be better. God is saying to you that what is coming is bigger and better than what has gone.

What you do going forward is very important. Eli said to Hannah, “Go, the Lord grant you your petition”. Hannah had not conceived but Hannah left that place rejoicing. Do not wait till you see the breakthrough, or the answers, or the turn around you are trusting God for. God is saying rejoice for the breakthrough is here!

Prayer: Father, I rejoice because I know that You are with me and You are for me. I rejoice because what is coming is greater than what has been, in Jesus Name. Amen!
