There are barriers to moving from seeing to doing, barriers to taking bold steps, and the first is the barrier of complacency. The second is the barrier of loss or the unwillingness to bear loss. When We Fast, We Experience Fulfilment In Our Spirit, Soul, And Body. When We Fast, Creativity Spikes and Protection Is Secured. Our protection is secured because Ps.91:1-4 “He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of the Lord, He is my refuge and my fortress: my God; in him will I trust. Surely he shall deliver thee from the snare of the fowler, and from the noisome pestilence.
