We Can!

Heb.10:23 “Let us hold tightly without wavering to the hope we affirm, for God can be trusted to keep his promise.” (emphasis added).

On Purpose

Matt.13:33 “Jesus also used this illustration: “The Kingdom of Heaven is like the yeast a woman used in making bread. Even though she put only a little yeast in three measures of flour, it permeated every part of the dough.”

Common Good

James 5:16 “Confess your sins to each other and pray for each other so that you may be healed. The earnest prayer of a righteous person has great power and produces wonderful results.”

Under or Above Pressure?

Dan.2:14 “When Arioch, the commander of the king’s guard, came to kill them, Daniel handled the situation with wisdom and discretion. 15 He asked Arioch, “Why has the king issued such a harsh decree?” So Arioch told him all that had happened.”

There is so much to learn from how Daniel handled the situation with the king. Daniel was a master negotiator. Daniel’s life was at stake, but he was calm. It was like there was a gun pointed to his head, but he was not under pressure or hysterical. Read the rest of this entry
