Dan.10:^12-14 “…Since the first day you began to pray… your request has been heard in heaven… I have come in answer to your prayer. But for twenty-one days the spirit prince of the kingdom of Persia blocked my way. Then Michael, one of the archangels, came to help me…”

When was the answer released? Immediately but when did Daniel receive it? Twenty-one days later. What do you think would have happened if Daniel did not tarry in the place of prayer insisting on an answer? The supernatural controls the physical and you must be an active participant in the supernatural. Matt.16:¹⁹ “And I will give you the keys of the Kingdom of Heaven. Whatever you forbid on earth will be forbidden in heaven, and whatever you permit on earth will be permitted in heaven.” You have to be an active participant in the supernatural because nothing is handed down. The things you have now, have been secured for you by God. The things you have lost, the enemy has stolen. But today there will be full restoration in Jesus Name. You need to shed any man-made idea of how the supernatural works and just follow God’s Word.

People say some very cute and clueless things. They say that speaking in tongues is fake. The story is told of a man who used to send his three daughters to church while he stays at home on Sunday reading the Newspapers. His daughters were filled with the Holy Ghost with the evidence of speaking in tongues and he would say that they were just saying rubbish. So, there was a special service in church and the girls prevailed on their father to attend the service. He did and the Word of God hit him in a way he had never experienced. He gave his life to Christ, was baptised in the Holy Spirit instantly, and he started speaking in tongues. When he got home, he thought to himself, how can a chief be saying this rubbish. So, he ignored the gift.

God has a sense of humour you know. Chief was kidnapped by ritualists and was on the ritual altar. The ritualists did not even bother to tie him up because they believed in their powers. They were just going about their business, and as he lay there ‘something’ suggested to the chief that he had nothing to lose, and no one could laugh at him now so why not speak in tongues. So, the chief started speaking in tongues under his breath and progressed to speaking out loud. The ritualists ran to stop him and as he turned to them, they ran back. Then the one that was to be sacrificed jumped up and was chasing the ones that were to sacrifice him. Then the chief regains his freedom, goes to the club to unwind and his friends are abusing Christ and people who speak in tongues. What do you think the chief would say?

During a radio program, the presenter said he follows Jesus, he does not worship Jesus – cute and clueless! The truth is if you really follow Jesus, keep following Him, you will eventually worship Him. The disciples saw Jesus calm the storm and by themselves, they worshipped Him [Matt.8, Mark 4, Luke 8, please read]. Everywhere Jesus was worshipped, He did not turn it down, He accepted it. But when angels of God are worshipped, they turn it down.

Prayer [song]: You Lord, You are worthy. And no one can worship You for me. For all the things You’ve done for me, no one can worship You for me. Here’s my worship… Amen!
