The Only Way!

‘Jesus told him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one can come to the Father except through me’ John 14:6.

A lot of people even those who refuse to admit it are wondering if Jesus is the only way to God? Well I will let Jesus answer this question Himself. ‘Jesus said unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me’ John 14:6 [KJV]. This is a direct quote from Jesus Himself. If you have an issue with this answer then you have an issue with Jesus. “I am an historian, I am not a believer, but I must confess as a historian that this penniless preacher from Nazareth is irrevocably the very center of history. Jesus Christ is easily the most dominant figure in all history.” H.G. Wells. You need to decide for yourself whether this Jesus is God or not, whether He is speaking the truth or not. Don’t let anybody put you in a box by saying you Christians are judgmental and are condemning other religions. Neither you nor I said it! Jesus alone answered this question before you and I even got to the scene. I did a research on the world’s major religions [Christianity, Buddhism, Islam, Hinduism, Krishna] and what each of them had to say about truth. I will share their direct quotes with you. Buddha says, “truth is found in an eight fold path, if you strive all your life you may just discover truth”. And at the end of his life Buddha said, “I am still searching for the truth”. Mohammed said, “I am a prophet, I am not the truth I point towards the truth”. Hindu says, “truth is very elusive you probably will never find it, just like a tiny butterfly. It will fly off just as soon as you are about to reach it”. Krishna says, “truth must be searched for by purifying yourself and chanting hare krishna hare krishna krishna krishna hare hare. Hare rama hare rama rama rama hare hare and maybe you might just get to the truth”. Jesus shows up and says “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one can come to the Father except through Me’. No other person but Jesus has ever made such a claim, check through history. ‘There is salvation in no one else! God has given no other name under heaven by which we must be saved’ Acts 4:12. Who will you follow?

Prayer [song]: Do you know why I believe in Jesus? Do you know why He is so great? After three days He rose from the dead. I’ve never seen a man who rose from the dead like Jesus Christ. And that is why He is Lord… Amen!
