The Drill

1 Corinthians 2:9 “But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him.” (KJV)

This is what God wants to do in your life. Do you receive it? To be carried on eagle’s wings is to allow your mind to soar with God. It is possible to experience something and not understand it Read the rest of this entry

Let Go & Let God!

Isaiah 55:8-9 “My thoughts are nothing like your thoughts,” says the Lord.  “And my ways are far beyond anything you could imagine. For just as the heavens are higher than the earth, so my ways are higher than your ways and my thoughts higher than your thoughts.”

God’s ways are not our ways. What has held many people from walking into the fullness of what God has for them is because they are stuck in their own ways.  To be carried on eagle’s wings is to let go of your own ways. Read the rest of this entry

Declare It

Psalm 145:3-4 “Great is the Lord, and greatly to be praised; and his greatness is unsearchable. One generation shall praise thy works to another, and shall declare thy mighty acts.” (KJV).

In the Name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, you will experience abundance. In the Name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, you will experience unrestricted multiplication. The same way eagles do not have tracks or limitations in the sky when they fly, you will have no limitation. Read the rest of this entry

Open View

Mark 6:41-42 “Jesus took the five loaves and two fish, looked up toward heaven, and blessed them. Then, breaking the loaves into pieces, he kept giving the bread to the disciples so they could distribute it to the people. He also divided the fish…They all ate as much as they wanted.”

To experience the overflow the fourth thing is Expect Abundance. You must expect abundance. We can never over-emphasize the place of expecting God to move, and of expecting abundance. Just expect it! Read the rest of this entry

Giving Attitude

Mark 6:41 “And taking the five loaves and two fish, He looked up to heaven and, praising God, gave thanks and broke the loaves and kept on giving them to the disciples to set before the people…” (AMPC, emphasis added).

To experience the overflow, Give God Whatever You Have. John 6:8-9 Another one of his disciples, Andrew, who was Simon Peter’s brother, said, “There is a boy here who has five loaves of barley bread and two fish. But they will certainly not be enough for all these people.” (GNT). Read the rest of this entry

Admit, Accept, & Give

1 Chronicles 29:16 “O Lord, our God, we have brought together all this wealth to build a temple to honour your holy name, but it all came from you and all belongs to you.” (GNT)

Today, we will pick up from our final thought from yesterday which is that God always starts with what you have. God obviously does not end with what you have but God always starts with what you have. Read the rest of this entry

Your Part

2 Kings 4:2-3 “What can I do to help you?” Elisha asked. “Tell me, what do you have in the house?” “Nothing at all, except a flask of olive oil,” she replied. And Elisha said, “Borrow as many empty jars as you can from your friends and neighbours”

To walk in the miraculous and in the overflow first Admit You Have a Need and secondly, Accept To Play Your Part. Mark 6:36-37Send the crowds away so they can go to the nearby farms and villages and buy something to eat.” But Jesus said, “You feed them.” (emphasis added). Read the rest of this entry

Admit & Accept

Luke 1:34-35 “Mary asked the angel, “But how can this happen? I am a virgin.” The angel replied, “The Holy Spirit will come upon you, and the power of the Most High will overshadow you. So the baby to be born will be holy, and he will be called the Son of God.”

An anonymous quote says, “If You Prayed About Your Problems as Much as You Worry About Them, You’d Have An Awful Lot Less To Worry About.” And it is so true. Read the rest of this entry

You Fix It!

Mark 6:37 “Jesus said, “You do it. Fix supper for them.” They replied, “Are you serious? You want us to go spend a fortune on food for their supper?” (MSG).

Whenever God brings people into your life, their problem becomes your responsibility. Sometimes, it feels like ‘But God, I was not even there when they caused the problem for themselves’. However, they are in your life now. Read the rest of this entry

Your Move

Mark 6:36-37 “Send the people away so they can go and buy something to eat.’ But Jesus answered, ‘You give them something to eat!’ They said, ‘That would take eight months of a man’s wages!’” (NIV paraphrased, emphasis added).

As disciples of Jesus, we need to get rid of three self-defeating behaviours that the disciples also had. Get rid of procrastination. You know you have the challenge, but you are procrastinating. You do not want to admit it, so you hide, you cover, or you just leave it and wish it will just go away. Read the rest of this entry
