Every Word!
Hebrews 4:12-13 “God means what he says. What he says goes. His powerful Word is sharp as a surgeon’s scalpel, cutting through everything… laying us open to listen and obey. Nothing and no one can resist God’s Word. We can’t get away from it—no matter what.”
It is all about your faith. Do not lose your faith. Tied to your faith is your praise. If you do not lose your faith, you will not lose your praise. If you do not lose your praise, guess what? Your family will be restored. Your finances will be restored.
Faith Attack
Job 2:9& 11 “His wife said to him, “Are you still trying to maintain your integrity? Still holding on to your precious integrity, are you? Curse God and die. Curse God and be done with it!” … Not once through all this did Job sin. He said nothing against God.” (NLT & MSG).
Many people have lost their faith because their family, faith, or finances are under attack. Many people have lost their faith because their fitness, their health is under attack. Some say, ‘If I am serving God, why should I have a headache?’
About Your Faith
John 17:9,11 “My prayer is not for the world, but for those you have given me, because they belong to you… Holy Father, you have given me your name; now protect them by the power of your name so that they will be united just as we are.”
We took a break to receive God’s gift for us at Christmas, the gift of His Son. It takes faith (believing) to receive God’s gift for us. It is all about faith, your faith. Luke 22:31-32 “Simon, Simon, Satan has asked to sift each of you like wheat. But I have pleaded in prayer for you,
Real Reason
John 3:16 “For God expressed His love for the world in this way: He gave His only Son so that whoever believes in Him will not face everlasting destruction, but will have everlasting life.” (The Voice)
Jesus is the express image of the invisible God. Colossians 1:15 “[Now] He is the exact likeness of the unseen God [the visible representation of the invisible]; He is the Firstborn of all creation.” (AMPC).What God was saying is that Jesus came out of Him.
The Gift
John 3:18 “Anyone who trusts in him is acquitted; anyone who refuses to trust him has long since been under the death sentence without knowing it. And why? Because of that person’s failure to believe in the one-of-a-kind Son of God when introduced to him.” (MSG)
John 3:16 “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.” (KJV, emphasis added). In Jesus two things happen to everyone who believes,
Immanuel
Isaiah 7:14 “All right then, the Lord himself will give you the sign. Look! The virgin will conceive a child! She will give birth to a son and will call him Immanuel (which means ‘God is with us’).”
Jesus’ existence makes all the difference to humanity. God’s promise of the birth of Jesus became something that gave meaning to everyone. The challenge most times is that until you personalize and receive Him, your life continues to be meaningless.
Good Tidings
Luke 2:10-11 “And the angel said unto them, Fear not: for, behold, I bring you good tidings of great joy, which shall be to all people. For unto you is born this day in the city of David a Saviour, which is Christ the Lord.” (KJV)
We will be taking a break from our discourse on Faith to focus on God’s Word for us this Christmas. Let’s start by just thanking God for Jesus and for bringing us into sonship.
Faith Speaks
2 Kings 4:1 “One day the widow of a member of the group of prophets came to Elisha and cried out, “My husband who served you is dead, and you know how he feared the Lord. But now a creditor has come, threatening to take my two sons as slaves.”

Lighthouse
2 Timothy 1:5 “I remember your genuine faith, for you share the faith that first filled your grandmother Lois and your mother, Eunice. And I know that same faith continues strong in you.”
God is that reference point that is immovable. We have to reference our faith through Him and by Him. There is a story of a warship that was approaching something that appeared to be another ship.
Tuned In
