Seven, Eight
Luke 6:38 “Don’t hold back—give freely, and you’ll have plenty poured back into your lap—a good measure, pressed down, shaken together, brimming over. You’ll receive in the same measure you give.” (The Voice)
I have heard people challenging their congregation to give say, give until it hurts. Or say, you have not given until it hurts. Sometimes misquoting David by saying I will not give God that which does not cost me. David did not say I will not give if it does not hurt me. David said it must cost him something. Five, Six
Ephesians 1:5 “God decided in advance to adopt us into his own family by bringing us to himself through Jesus Christ. This is what he wanted to do, and it gave him great pleasure.”
Thank God for His Word to us at Easter. Indeed, because you have set The Lion of the tribe of Judah before your face, and He is always at your right hand, you cannot be moved or shaken.
