Priority Heart

Proverbs 4:23 “Keep your heart with all diligence, For out of it spring the issues of life.” (NKJV, emphasis added).

We will continue with our final thought from yesterday, which is that you do not need anyone to say sorry to you first before you forgive them. Just forgive and move on because some people, for example, some African parents, will never say sorry. Read the rest of this entry

Shalom, Shalom!

Romans 8:31-32 “What shall we say about such wonderful things as these? If God is for us, who can ever be against us? Since he did not spare even his own Son but gave him up for us all, won’t he also give us everything else?” (emphasis added).

You can go through pain and refuse to be sorrowful. I have had experiences where people will try to convince me that I should be sorrowful because of such and such that happened to me. Read the rest of this entry

Child Of God!

Galatians 4:6 “And because we are his children, God has sent the Spirit of his Son into our hearts, prompting us to call out, “Abba, Father.”

Do not be afraid. When you are afraid, remember whose family you are in and call out to your Abba. Remember Peter, he was walking on water and Jesus was there on the water. When Peter began to sink, what did he do? He shouted, Daddy! Jesus! Help me. Read the rest of this entry

Galatians 5:16 “So I say, let the Holy Spirit guide your lives. Then you won’t be doing what your sinful nature craves.” (emphasis added)

Yesterday, I shared with you how I took my stand on a direction in my organization. It was tough to insist on a different direction from what my boss had in mind on a matter. But I took my stand and it was nothing spooky. Read the rest of this entry

Arise!

Luke 16:11 “And if you are untrustworthy about worldly wealth, who will trust you with the true riches of heaven?” (LB).

What this scripture is saying is, your reward and your responsibility in heaven will be determined by how you manage your money here on earth. This is huge and scary.

The Lifter

Psalms 3:3 “But in the depths of my heart I truly know that you, Yahweh, have become my Shield; You take me and surround me with yourself. Your glory covers me continually. You lift high my head.” (TPT)

No matter how low you are God can and will lift you up. No matter how high you are God can and will lift you up. No matter how young you are God can and will lift you up. Read the rest of this entry

Revelation Light

John 14:6-7 “Jesus answered, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. The only way to the Father is through me. If you really knew me, you would know my Father too. But now you know the Father. You have seen him.” (ERV)

John 14:9 “…Anyone who has seen me has seen the Father….” (NIV). What a huge statement! Who on earth can say, ‘if you see Me, you have seen The Father?’ It is either an arrogant statement or it is the truth. It is either He is crazy, or He is God. Read the rest of this entry

Habakkuk 2:3 “Put it in writing, because it is not yet time for it to come true. But the time is coming quickly, and what I show you will come true. It may seem slow in coming, but wait for it; it will certainly take place, and it will not be delayed. (GNT, emphasis added).

A vision always has three parts, and we see it in today’s anchor scripture. A vision always has a “What”. However, the problem is when people see “What”, they begin to run and that is why they fail. After the “What”, you need to know the “How”. Read the rest of this entry
