System Override

Jeremiah 29:11 “For I know the plans I have for you, says the Lord. They are plans for good and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope.” (LB)

The first lesson from John 5:1-11 is That God Will Use People To Lift You. The second thing is God Will Override People To Lift You. In seasons like the one we are in right now, God will override people, override systems, override protocol and He will lift you up in the Name of Jesus. Read the rest of this entry

Heaven’s Methods

John 5:4 “for an angel of the Lord went down into the pool at appointed seasons and stirred up the water; the first one to go in after the water was stirred was healed of his disease.]” (AMP).

God has put certain systems in place, and when these systems work, it is still a miracle. And it is because it is God who put these systems in place, the miracle is automatic. In other words, it does not require an intervention. Read the rest of this entry

People. People. People.

John 5:7-8 “I can’t, sir,” the sick man said, “for I have no one to put me into the pool when the water bubbles up. Someone else always gets there ahead of me.” Jesus told him, “Stand up, pick up your mat, and walk!”

God will always use people to lift you up. God will connect you to great men and women that will lift you up. However, it is important to note that sometimes greatness is not necessarily physical or financial. Read the rest of this entry

Lifted

Acts 4:18-20 “So they called the apostles back in and commanded them never again to speak or teach in the name of Jesus. But Peter and John replied, “Do you think God wants us to obey you rather than him? We cannot stop telling about everything we have seen and heard.”

We will kick off today’s devotional by just spending some time in reading God’s Word. I want you to read it aloud and let God’s Word just explode on the inside of you. I cannot count how many times I have read this passage of Scripture and I am sure you have read it a number of times too. Read the rest of this entry

By The Spirit

Zechariah 4:6 “Then he said to me, “This [continuous supply of oil] is the word of the Lord to Zerubbabel [prince of Judah], saying, ‘Not by might, nor by power, but by My Spirit [of whom the oil is a symbol],’ says the Lord of hosts.” (AMP)

Your story will be that of divine lifting as God Himself will lift you up in the Name of Jesus. However, it is important to note there are certain things spiritually that resist the lifting up of people’s heads. There are certain altars that resist people from lifting up their heads. The Lifter

Psalms 3:3 “But in the depths of my heart I truly know that you, Yahweh, have become my Shield; You take me and surround me with yourself. Your glory covers me continually. You lift high my head.” (TPT)

No matter how low you are God can and will lift you up. No matter how high you are God can and will lift you up. No matter how young you are God can and will lift you up. Read the rest of this entry

By God

Psalm 118:15-16 “Songs of joy and victory are sung in the camp of the godly. The strong right arm of the Lord has done glorious things! The strong right arm of the Lord is raised in triumph. The strong right arm of the Lord has done glorious things!”

Welcome to your season of testimonies and miracles. The river of God is flowing already, just dive into it. It is so powerful what God has done and is doing even right now. The story of your life will be rewritten in a greater dimension in the Mighty Name of Jesus. Read the rest of this entry

Valuable

Acts 13:36 “…David… passionately served God’s purpose for his generation… doing God’s will by serving the people of his time… completed the work God set out for him…” (TPT, GW, MSG).

As God lifts you from a lower level to a higher level mentally, emotionally, financially, spiritually, and educationally note that Not All Addition Leads To Increase And Not All Subtraction Leads to Decrease. Very often, we are afraid to subtract because we think it will lead to decrease, or we are eager to add because we think it will lead to increase. Read the rest of this entry

Youth

Ecclesiastes 12:1 “Remember now your Creator in the days of your youth, before the difficult days come, and the years draw near when you say, “I have no pleasure in them.” (NKJV)

Youth signifies energy. The lesson for us from this Scripture is that the time to do your best work, the best time to serve God is when you have the best energy. When should you pray, should it be in the morning or at night? Read the rest of this entry

Energy vs. Time

Colossians 1:29 “This is my work, and I can do it only because Christ’s mighty energy is at work within me.” (LB)

As God lifts you, the first thing you need to know is, Not All Addition Leads to Increase and Not All Subtraction Leads to Decrease. Secondly, God Wants To Promote You In Front Of Your Opposition. Thirdly, You Cannot Be Mighty And Be Petty At The Same Time. Read the rest of this entry
