All-Powerful

“Then Elisha went to the spring of the waters and cast the salt in it and said, Thus says the Lord: I [not the salt] have healed these waters; there shall not be any more death, miscarriage or barrenness [and bereavement] because of it” 2 Kings 2:21 [AMP]

“Thus says the Lord” is the weightiest statement in heaven and on earth and it overrides every expert report regardless of the field. I know of ladies that doctors and specialists had told it was medically impossible for them to have children given their conditions. In fact one of such ladies in particular used to bleed for twenty-eight days out of her thirty days menstrual cycle. It was medically impossible, but thus says the Lord… be fruitful and multiply. God’s Word alone turned the medically impossible into possible. “For with God nothing is ever impossible and no word from God shall be without power or impossible of fulfillment” Luke 1:37 [AMP]. Who hath believed our report? and to whom is the arm of the Lord revealed?” Isaiah 53:1. You have conflicting reports, the doctor and the specialist have said ‘medically impossible’, but God is saying, whose report would you believe?

In nature, there are seasons. When it is winter, it snows no questions asked. When it is rainy season, it rains heavily. So when the meteorologist’s forecast, regardless of the season, is that it is going to rain when you leave the house, you are going to dress up influenced by that report. When they say there is going to be storm or an earthquake, regardless of what you think, you are going to look for the shelter. But you see, when it comes against thus says the Lord it freezes! During one of the seasons of our special service [God Will Do It Again], there had been a lot of rain. So I started to check the meteorologist reports daily. On the days they predicted forty percent perspiration, it rained all day. However, on the day of the special service, the meteorologist report said there was eighty percent precipitation. And my thoughts that morning was God help us. And indeed God helped us because there was no rain on that day.

What am I saying? As a child of God you need to understand that no word from God shall be without power. And you must give God’s Word first place in your life. “Who is he that saith, and it cometh to pass, when the Lord commandeth it not?” Lam.3:37 [KJV]. So do not give up because of a medical condition or a medical report. Who has spoken when the Lord has not commanded it? What is God saying about your health?

Prayer: Father, I decree that every Word You have spoken concerning me will not return to You void but shall accomplish the purpose for which You sent it, in Jesus Name.
