Ambassador

Therefore the Son of man is Lord also of the SabbathMark 2:28

You cannot ignore certain principles that existed before the Law. The Principle of Tithing is one of such; it existed before the Law. It existed in Eden. The Principle of First-fruit is another one; Cain and Abel [Read Genesis 4]. The Principle of His Presence – some people think they do not need to pray because they are Christians. The Principle of His Presence is in the Bible from Genesis to Revelation. God will show up and walk with Adam and Eve and He is still here with us now.

Prayer is not legalistic. Prayer is a Principle of God – as in fellowship with God; you cannot shred it. Another one you will understand from the Principle of His Presence, is the Principle of Sovereignty – which means that God can choose to do anything He chooses to do and nobody can question Him. Which is what Jesus was saying, “Therefore the Son of man is Lord also of the Sabbath” Mark 2:28. They said you cannot do xyz on the Sabbath; the Son of man is Lord also of the Sabbath. Jesus is Lord! I do not know what represents a Sabbath situation in your life. Where you have a need and the resources are available, but the system is saying it is not yet your time. God is going to break that Sabbath.

“…this daughter of Abraham…”; whose you are determines what happens to you. Jesus was raising a strong case for the woman; she is a daughter of Abraham. We are ambassadors for Christ and of the Kingdom of God. There are certain things that do not happen to ambassadors. For instance, ambassadors do not pay bills. That is why Jesus says, “why are you worried about what you will eat and drink”; don’t you know you are an ambassador?

The Italian embassy building in Nigeria for instance; that piece of property is regarded as Italy and when you are there, you have to abide by the Italian laws – diplomatic settings. So it means that demons cannot just be strolling in and out of your house. Something is wrong with that! Do you know that it is against the law to slap a Nigerian citizen? It is assault and battery. But if you slap an ambassador, it is an international incident. And depending on the gravity, it can be regarded as an act of war. That is why God says, “touch not My anointed and do My prophet no harm. He that touches you touches the apple of My eyes; I regard it as an act of war!”

Prayer: Heavenly Father, let every oppression targeted at me end today. Let heaven wage war against the enemies of the Lord, in Jesus Name.
