Ex.15:¹¹ (ERV) “Are there any gods like the Lord? No, there are no gods like you—you are wonderfully holy! You are amazingly powerful!  You do great miracles!

This is Baal – 1 Kings 18:^26-28 “So they prepared one of the bulls and placed it on the altar. Then they called on the name of Baal from morning until noontime, shouting, “O Baal, answer us!” But there was no reply of any kind. Then they danced, hobbling around the altar they had made.

About noontime Elijah began mocking them. “You’ll have to shout louder,” he scoffed, “for surely he is a god! Perhaps he is daydreaming, or is relieving himself. Or maybe he is away on a trip, or is asleep and needs to be wakened!” So they shouted louder…they cut themselves with knives and swords…”

This is Jehovah – Dan. 2:²¹ “He controls the course of world events; he removes kings and sets up other kings. He gives wisdom to the wise and knowledge to the scholars.” Ps.46:¹ “God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble.” 1 kings 18:³⁸ “Immediately the fire of the Lord flashed down from heaven and burned up the young bull, the wood, the stones, and the dust. It even licked up all the water in the trench!” There is no God like Jehovah!

God controls the universe; He controls everything but guess what? Jehovah is never busy when we call. Even with the current level of technological advancement, sometimes computer servers become congested because they cannot handle the volume of requests hitting it at the same time. Even the network of our mobile devices sometimes gets congested because everybody wants to talk at the same time. At such times, the response you get is network busy. Guess what? Heaven’s network is never busy, never congested. God controls the stars, the galaxies; He controls everything, yet He can listen to the prayer of a little child.

1 kings 18:²⁹ “They raved all afternoon until the time of the evening sacrifice, but still there was no sound, no reply, no response” (emphasis added). In the Name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth if your enemy persists, still there will be no sound, no reply, and no response. This season, you will silence every opposition. Every altar that has been effective against you up until now, henceforth there will be no sound, no reply, and no response in Jesus Mighty Name. But God will give you a sound, He will give you a reply, and He will give you a response.  “Immediately…”
