3 John 1:2 Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth. (KJV)

As a child of God, wherever you are on the face of the earth, you are designed to prosper regardless. And this is not just a pep talk or prosperity talk. I have shown you from scriptures, in fact The Passion Translation of today’s scripture reference puts it this way, “Beloved friend, I pray that you are prospering in every way and that you continually enjoy good health, just as your soul is prospering.  There is no way someone will have a healthy relationship with God and will not prosper. It is not possible; is it not God that he or she is walking with! God will stretch you and shred you, until you become all that He has created you to be.

There are three types of people in this world – the accusers, the excusers, and the performers. Which one are you – an excuser, an accuser, or are you a performer? Can God give you a vision and know that this girl will bring it to pass, this boy will make it happen? Can God trust you with ideas? You need to stop being an accuser. You need to stop being an excuser and start being a performer. Performers take responsibility. Performers know that if it is going to be, it is up to me. I have information but I need to take action. It is not enough to have information, what is the value of the information if you do not take action? Performers get things done. If your ship must set sail, you have to quit complaining. In fact, God detests grumbling, do you know that? God cannot stand people that grumble. Unfortunately, people say they are walking with God and they grumble a lot. I always ask, which God are you walking with? God cannot stomach grumbling. For the children of Israel, God said they had grumbled so much and all of them were going to die in the wilderness. Listen, if you want to keep grumbling then you need to know that the more you grumble, the  further you go away from fulfilling your purpose.

Stop grumbling! Even if things are hard, do not grumble. Stop accusing anyone. Take responsibility, you are in charge! God has put you in charge and God will give you the resources to pull through in the Name of Jesus. Amen. As the head of the house, do not complain about school fees. Some men grumble and become nasty to everybody. The children are yours; no one is going to take up the responsibility for you. The point is, we have to stop complaining. What needs to be done, needs to be done! The new school term is going to come, and bills are going to hit you – big deal! Think about this, last year and the year before last you complained, did it make the school fees go away? Try this when you get the bill shout, ‘Hallelujah! How blessed am I?’ That is how you should respond because complaining or grumbling will not solve the problem. If you are going to be a performer, you have to realise that you need to make a choice. Life is filled with choices, with decision making. What is before me? What am I going to do? You take your position; you trust God and sink your teeth into it. Do not let go until you finish it.

Prayer: Father, I arise, embrace and embody the heart of a performer, in Jesus Name. Amen!
