The Solution

Acts 4:¹² “Jesus is the only one who can save people. His name is the only power in the world that has been given to save anyone. We must be saved through him!” (ERV)

Jesus has not only come to L – Let Us In On Who God Is, I – Inform Us Of God’s Plan, G – Guide Our Steps. He has come to H, Heal Our Hurts. The truth is everybody has a hidden wound. It may be something that happened to you or something that did not happen to you. Some people are wounded because of something that has not happened in their lives. Some people are wounded because of something that was done to them. Or perhaps something they did to themselves. The truth is everybody is carrying a hidden wound. The good news is, no matter where you are hurting, Jesus Christ can heal you. I pray in the Name of Jesus that Jesus will heal you no matter where you are hurting.

Doctors have discovered that there is a hidden power in light. So today light is used in different forms for different procedures. For example, lasers are used in all kinds of surgeries today – to remove moles, internal surgeries, cancer surgeries, eye correction, etc. Guess what? It was discovered that the COVID-19 virus crumbles under UVC rays. The sun emits a wide spectrum of light, some are actually harmful. However, we have the ozone layer that protects the earth. One of the rays that the ozone layer shields back is the UVC, because it is very dangerous.

But guess what? The ozone layer has been breaking down so, perhaps a lot of UVC rays have been finding their way to the earth. This is why there is a lot of attention on skincare these days as people have been getting skin cancers. Interestingly, these same UVC rays destroy the COVID-19 virus. So, devices and sanitizers were invented that are based on UVC rays. Airplanes and hospitals are being cleansed not by detergents or sanitizers but by UVC rays. And God is saying His light brings healing. Malachi 4:² “But for you who revere my name, the sun of righteousness will rise with healing in its rays. And you will go out and frolic like well-fed calves” (NIV, emphasis added). The sun of righteousness, the light that comes from Christ will rise upon you with healing in its rays. Psalm 103:³ “He forgives all my sins. He heals me.” (LB).

If you are hurting, turn to Christ. You can pop a pill, get drunk, sleep with a stranger, or do horrible things to the people you are in a relationship with. But guess what? When you wake up in the morning, that problem will still be there. The only Person that can take away the darkness and heal you is Christ. You need a Saviour, I need a Saviour, and there is only one name under heaven by which we can be saved, and the Name is Jesus. Jesus is the solution. Jesus is the answer.
