Timely Balance
Isaiah 48:13 “It was my hand that laid the foundations of the earth, my right hand that spread out the heavens above. When I call out the stars, they all appear in order.”
In other words, when God calls things with His Words, His hand brings them to pass. When the Word of God goes forth, the hand of God is released to bring it to pass. And the Word of God has gone forth over your life that there shall be showers of blessings. Guess what is happening now? The hand of God is bringing it to pass in your life. The Hand Of God Brings Balance. It brings balance to people who are lopsided. The hand of God does not give you one and then take one from you. God does not give you A and collect B from you. If you already have B, when He is bringing A, He is adding it to the B that you have.
Isaiah 41:10 “Don’t be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be discouraged, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you. I will hold you up with my victorious right hand.” Do you receive that? God will strengthen you, help you, and give you balance with His victorious right hand. Do you feel that your life is shaky? God’s hand will give you balance. Do you feel that you are being blown around like a reed? Don’t worry because the hand of God is upon you already in the Name of Jesus. The hand of God brings balance. The Hand Of God Is Never Late. You may think that some things are delayed, but listen, the hand of God is NEVER late. And there is a classic story in Mark 5:22-43 (please read), it is the story of Jairus’ daughter.
Mark 5:22-23 “Then a leader of the local synagogue, whose name was Jairus, arrived. When he saw Jesus, he fell at his feet, pleading fervently with him. “My little daughter is dying,” he said. “Please come and lay your hands on her; …so she can live.” (emphasis added). God will lay His hands on all our children in the Name of Jesus. When you need divine intervention, you literally stop speaking grammar. When you need God to help you, you say, “Help!” But Pastor, what about, “Our Father, which art in heaven…”. When you need help, even that will fly out of your head. You will just say, “Help me!” I heard some people speak Queen’s English. That is okay. But when trouble happens, all that goes out of the window.
It reminds me of a flight I was on some time ago. Back then, people could travel with a large amount of liquid. There were some “big boys” on the same flight, they had liquor. They were drinking champagne, crossing their legs. When the turbulence hit, I had to ask God, “Are we coming home now?” There was only one word we were hearing, Jesus! The Name of Jesus!
Prayer: Father, as You lay Your Hands on me, I receive balance, strength, help, and support in every area of my life by the Hand of God, in the Mighty Name of Jesus. Amen!
