Within Reach

Isaiah 54:² “Enlarge the place of your tent, stretch your tent curtains wide, do not hold back; lengthen your cords, strengthen your stakes.” (NIV, emphasis added)

A lot of people are confused, and they think that they are self-made because they can stretch and take hold of the things that God has put within their reach. They think they have worked hard for their money, jobs, and business breakthroughs. The truth is that if God does not put it within your reach, you cannot get it. That is why all the glory must be to God. There are many people who are working harder than you and they do not have the job you have. There are many people that have worked harder than you who do not have the business that you have. God put it within your reach, so when you get it, you have to ascribe praise and glory to Him alone.

Matthew 12:¹³ “Then saith he to the man, Stretch forth thine hand. And he stretched it forth; and it was restored whole, like as the other.” (KJV, emphasis added). Whenever I read this scripture, because of the way my mind works, I am like Jesus really? You are there. You are God. Why not just speak to the hand to come out, and the hand will come out? Why not just help the man pull his hand out? Jesus had all the power of heaven, but He still said to the man, “…Stretch forth thine hand…”. God is with you, and the power of God for that next level is there. Yet God is saying to you, stretch forth your hand. Many times, we are busy lamenting about how we have no one to help us, and lamenting about the things we do not have.

Jesus said, stretch forth your hands, and the man had to stretch his hands. You will reach your goal in the Name of Jesus. However, you will have to stretch. And it is because God always puts within your reach the things He has put within your heart. Think about this, for the children of Israel, God put the manna within their reach, and not in their mouth. Do you think God could not have put the manna on their dining tables or in their mouths? God can do anything. But God put the manna outside, within their reach. So, they had to leave their tents to get it. You have to leave your comfort zone, your tents, your habitation. You have to go out, reach out.

God will always put your provision within your reach. God just doesn’t put it on your lap. I prophesy in the Name of Jesus, that your provision is within your reach. We call forth every breakthrough from the North, South, East, and West in the Name of Jesus. And you will see the manifestation because they are within your reach.

Prayer: Father, even as I grasp my miracles in season, I give all the praise and glory to You who put it all within my reach, in the Name of Jesus. Amen!
