All In God
Isaiah 35:3 “With this news, strengthen those who have tired hands, and encourage those who have weak knees.”
Where would you say your energy level is at? Is your energy level low? Do you feel drained, tired, or burnt out? What is your energy level on a scale of one to ten in the seven areas of life—faith, family, friendships, farm, fitness, finances, and fun? Let’s take faith for example, one being the lowest and ten being the highest, where is your energy level in your walk with Jesus? Where is your energy level when you are at home with your spouse or with your children? Are you always tired and cannot go out to play with the children? Where is your energy level in your friendships, finances, fitness, farm, and fun? God will give you new strength in Jesus Name.
Jeremiah 31:25 “I will refresh the weary and satisfy the faint.” (NIV). God will refresh everyone who is weary in the Name of Jesus. God will satisfy everyone who is faint in the Name of Jesus. If you think you do not have as much strength as you desire, God will satisfy you and refresh you in the Name of Jesus. It is all in God. Someone said he got one month of vacation all expenses paid, all bills sorted out, plus salary being paid. He said, “Pastor I came back tired even after one month, I was still tired.” That is how drained a lot of us are. Over the next few days and beyond, God will fill you with His strength in the Name of Jesus (say Amen).
I have realized that one of the things God uses to create strength in humanity is decisions. Decisions create energy. Decisions create strength. Decisions create momentum. Decisions create life. Decisions make energy available. Beginning today, we are going to look at four decisions you can make to find new energy (strength). The very first one is Decide On The Vision For Your Future. This is big. When it comes to the vision for your future, you Discover it. So, I know you may say but you just told us to decide the vision, stay with me we discover it. Did you not just say decide on the vision? Stay with me. We discover the vision of our lives. We do not create the vision for our lives, we discover it. We discover our purpose.
Once you have discovered your vision, you have to dedicate your life to it. You have to decide on that vision and decide to dedicate the rest of your life to it. Hence, I am saying, decide on your vision. Joshua would say to the children of Israel, “If God is God, then serve Him! If you want to serve another god, then go ahead and do that.” You need to decide. God Himself said to the children of Israel, “I set it for you this day life and death, choose life that you live.” (Deuteronomy 30:19). Yes, there is a path to life, but you have to decide, own it, and dedicate your life to it.
Prayer (song): You are my strength. Strength like no other (X2), reaches to me… Amen!
