Now!

Psalms 102:13 “I know you are about to arise and show your tender love to Zion. Now is the time, Lord, for your compassion and mercy to be poured out— the appointed time has come for your prophetic promises to be fulfilled!” (TPT)

John 2:3The wine supply ran out during the festivities, so Jesus’ mother told him, “They have no more wine.” If a party has been on for a while and everybody has eaten and then the wine finishes, is that really a problem? Does that not mean it is time for people to go? However, the wine ran out and Mary went to Jesus to solve the problem. Jesus’ response was very instructive. John 2:4Dear woman, that’s not our problem,” Jesus replied. “My time has not yet come.” (emphasis added). Since He had come in the volume of the book that was recorded of Him, He was working in sync with the timing of heaven. So, when Mary made that request, He said His time had not yet come.

But Mary must have said that time is going to come now because I am going to trigger it. John 2:5But his mother told the servants, “Do whatever he tells you.” Jesus was not lying when He said His time had not come. But because of the trigger, He brought forth the time that had not come and made it time. You can place a demand that can accelerate timing in your favour. You can! And I pray that it will happen like that for you in the Name of Jesus. Sometimes, you are waiting on God when God is actually waiting on you. You are asking, “God, when will it be?” And God is saying, “When do you want it to be?” So, the question is, when do you want it to be?

What Mary did in John 2 is called Birthing. You birth your new chapter when your timing collides with your trigger. I see several glorious chapters being birthed today in the Name of Jesus. You are not to just sit around and hope for a new chapter. You are not to cross your fingers and hope that perhaps God will stir the waters today. The question is not can it be you? Like Mary, you have to resolve that it is going to be you Alan Cohen said, “Do not wait until the conditions are perfect to begin. Beginning makes the conditions perfect.”

You will experience a new chapter in the Name of Jesus. So, you need to know the implications. The first implication is that a new chapter signifies that The Old Chapter Must End. And because you will experience a new chapter of joy, it means that the old chapter of sorrow must end today in the Name of Jesus. As you enter into the new chapter of direction, the old chapter of cluelessness comes to an end in the Name of Jesus. Therefore, you need to turn the pages because you cannot read the new chapter if you refuse to turn the pages.

Prayer: Father, I decree in the Name of Jesus that now is the appointed time for Your prophetic promises to be fulfilled in my life. I turn the page and enter my new chapter. Amen!
