Your Uniqueness
Proverbs 22:29 “Do you see a man diligent and skilful in his business? He will stand before kings; he will not stand before obscure men.” (AMPC).
The problem is that a lot of people rely on their competence one hundred percent. Your competence has brought you to a high place, to a mighty place, and to mighty men. But guess what? Do not deny your uniqueness. Daniel 6:4 “Then the other administrators and high officers began searching for some fault in the way Daniel was handling government affairs, but they couldn’t find anything …He was faithful, always responsible, and completely trustworthy.” (emphasis added). Not only were Daniel’s abilities top-notch, but the Bible also says He was faithful, meaning that he was competent, one, two, he was always responsible, three, he was completely trustworthy, loyal. These three things are huge!
Proverbs 3:3 “Never let loyalty and kindness leave you! Tie them around your neck as a reminder. Write them deep within your heart.” (emphasis added). Proverbs 19:22 “Loyalty makes a person attractive…” (emphasis added). Daniel 6:5 “So they concluded, “Our only chance of finding grounds for accusing Daniel will be in connection with his God…”. In other words, they concluded that their only chance of finding grounds of accusation against Daniel would be in connection with uniqueness. Always bring your uniqueness to the table, it increases the value of your distinction, and it makes it difficult for you to be replaced or dispensed of.
We have been on an interesting journey. God has been highlighting things that we must not chew on, baits we must not bite, take in, or internalize. And it is because when these things are internalized, bitten, or eaten, they become poison that stunts destinies and limits growth. In the Name of Jesus, your destiny will not be stunted, your growth will not be limited. So, what bait should you not have bitten but you have eaten, and God needs to expunge from your life? Don’t bite the bait of I Am Too Young For That because there are things that God is challenging you into, opportunities that God is opening before you, that this bait will limit you.
Don’t bite the bait of I Am Too Old For That. Many opportunities have been delayed because of this limiting mindset. Don’t limit yourself from God’s best for you. You need a mindset shift. Don’t bite the bait of I Can Only Prosper If I Japa. It is a lie, a bait that limits. It will amaze you how much you can prosper where God has planted you. Do not bite the bait of People Like Me Don’t…. Don’t bite that bait, don’t limit yourself. Don’t bite the bait of I Am Indispensable.
Prayer: Father, purge me of every bait that I have consumed and that is limiting me from Your best for my life. I embrace God’s best for me, in the Mighty Name of Jesus. Amen!
