The Author

Philippians 1:6 “being confident of this very thing, that He who has begun a good work in you will complete it until the day of Jesus Christ” (NKJV)

A new chapter signifies three things: first, The Old Chapter Must End; second, It Is Not The End, and third, New Experiences. Again, I prophesy new experiences into your life in the Name of Jesus. It is time to write a new story. However, because you have not read this chapter and never experienced it, there are going to be a lot of changes. So, expect changes. It is not business as usual; it is a new chapter. If it is a new chapter, Pastor, how do I know what is in this new chapter? Some chapters are very bad. How are you so confident about what is in this chapter, Pastor? I am confident because I know the Author. I trust what is in the new chapter because I know the Author, the One who wrote the new chapter.

Hebrews 12:2[looking away from all that will distract us and] focusing our eyes on Jesus, who is the Author and Perfecter of faith…” (AMP). Jesus is my Author. Jesus is your Author. The content of the chapter is embedded in His mind. And there is something about this Author that you need to pay attention to. This Author completes every book He writes. That is why He is called the Author and the Finisher. So, your life cannot be an abandoned project because He is the Author and the Finisher. This Author does not begin the new chapter and leave it incomplete. No, He completes the chapter. Jesus is the Author and the completer of your chapters.

Guess what? As beautiful as the beginning is, the end is actually more important than the beginning. As beautiful as it is for a plane to take off, it is more important for that plane to land. Ecclesiastes 7:8Finishing is better than starting. Patience is better than pride.” In the Name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, you will not just start, you will finish well, and finish strong. While preparing this, God showed me people who have a lot of abandoned projects. And He said, “This is a new chapter of finishing”. A new grace to complete comes upon you in the Mighty Name of Jesus. It also means that the chapter in front of you is more important than the chapter behind you. The best is yet to come in your life, and it is not a cliché. Your best life is still ahead of you, and today marks the beginning of a new chapter in that best life in the Name of Jesus.

So, now that God is saying new chapters, what should you expect? Expect new chapters of Provision, Promotion, Protection, Miracles, and Mercy. Expect it! Psalm 126:1-2 When the Lord turned again the captivity of Zion, we were like them that dream. Then was our mouth filled with laughter, and our tongue with singing…” (KJV).

Prayer: Father, I am confident that You will perfect all that concerns my new chapters, in Jesus Name. Amen!
