Boundaries

Psalm 16:6 “The lines are fallen unto me in pleasant places; yea, I have a goodly heritage.” (KJV).

Jude 1:3 “…ye should earnestly contend for the faith which was once delivered unto the saints.” (KJV). The truth remains that The Gospel remains The Gospel. Jesus came, He died for you and me. He is seated at the right hand of the Father. We have been reunited in fellowship with the Father. There is no other sacrifice, there is no other name. And because of the power of God, we are representing Him on earth, we are reflections of our Father, of His character. We are full of love, and love is patient and kind. We do not behave like rascals or like vagabonds because we have a Father. Contend earnestly for the gospel of truth.

In talking about paths, you need to understand landmarks. When you are operating in a domain, you need to know that every domain has boundaries, and every boundary is marked by landmarks. It is so important that you understand this. So that you do all you do within the boundaries of your inheritance. So, we are heirs of the Kingdom, so what we do we do in the boundaries of the Kingdom. Again, it is very important for us to understand this. Proverbs 23:10 “Do not remove the ancient landmark, nor enter the fields of the fatherless” (NKJV).

When you remove the ancient landmarks, you are entering into the fields of the fatherless. Meaning, on one level, you are becoming vagabonds because you are moving out of the jurisdiction of your Father, and you are straying. On another level, it means that the boundary separates your field from another person’s field. That person may have lost his father, and when you encroach on it, you are entering into the field of the fatherless. You are taking advantage of the helpless, and their God will fight you. Landmarks are objects that mark property lines of inheritance. These lines serve as boundaries. You have a property line of inheritance in God that serves as a boundary for your inheritance.

Everyone, everything, every spirit that has encroached or is planning to encroach, the Lord rebukes them in the Name of Jesus and drives them back. Your land will be restored to you, and every boundary that has been shifted against you will be restored in the Name of Jesus. The boundaries are so powerful, and that is why you see in Psalm 16:6 “The boundary lines have fallen for me in pleasant places; surely I have a delightful inheritance.” (NIV). In the Kingdom, there are boundary lines; there is a boundary line for the Kingdom. You don’t get out of the Kingdom and expect that the forces of the Kingdom will back you up if you have not been sent.

Prayer: Father, help me stay inside the boundaries of where You have called and placed me, in Jesus Name. Amen!
