God of The Come-backs

And I will cause hostility between you and the woman and between your offspring and her offspring. He will strike your head, and you will strike his heel. Gen.3:15

If Passion of the Christ were a Nigerian movie there will be a part two titled, The Resurrection. The God we serve is a God of the come-backs, they are His specialty. Look at Adam, satan beguiled Eve and thought he had won. God showed up with a come-back, The Seed of the woman. In other words, God was saying there is already a come-back plan – Jesus is coming. With Joseph it was his brothers; they sold him off to slavery and said ‘let’s see what becomes of your dreams’. However with God it was a set up for him to come back as the prime minister who will provide for the entire family. Look-up, Jesus resurrected; you are going to come back. No matter how bleak your situation looks right now. You are coming back by the power of resurrection in the Mighty Name of Jesus. If the dry bones in the valley heard the Word of God prophesied ‘dry bones shall live again’. Your dry bones will live again in the name of Jesus. This is what God is saying to you right now. Ezekiel may not have believed personally that the bones could live again but he believed God and knew the strength of His Word. Lazarus had been dead for 4days; Jesus showed up late by human standards. Theological Martha was having a hard time reasoning out Jesus’ request to roll away the stone but He said to her only believe and you will see the glory of God. Jesus is the Resurrection and the Life. The doors He opens no human hands can close. When Jesus shouted, Lazarus come forth, he that was dead came forth. I speak to every situation termed Lazarus in your life and I say Lazarus come forth in the Name of Jesus. Everything that has been left to rot, I command you to resurrect now in the Name of Jesus. The Resurrection and Life has promised not to leave you comfortless surrender your dead or dying concern before Him and He will call it back to life today.

Prayer: Lord Jesus, I surrender all to You today. Set me up for major come-backs for every set back I have encountered. Establish me firmly at the top of the mountains in Jesus Name.
