Restoration

‘And Abimelech took sheep, and oxen, and men servants, and women servants, and gave them unto Abraham, and restored him Sarah his wife’ Gen.20:14 [KJV]

God is very interested in you and He is set to restore to you all that you have lost. To recover means to get back, to regain, to compensate for something that was lost or stolen. Recovery is possible and total recovery at that is possible with God. However, God always steps the game up. With God, recovery is not just to regain what was lost. When God restores, He does not just restore to the normal state alone. God adds ‘jara’ [spoil] plus compensation for lost time. Restoration is God’s heart and mind for us as a people.  You have to dispel every doubt in your mind. Is your case worse than Job’s own? Even Job was restored [Job 42]. In fact he was restored four times over and he got back the exact number of children he lost. God will restore you four fold and if you have lost children God will restore them to you in Jesus Name. When the LORD is done restoring our fortunes, we will be like those who dream. Our mouths will be filled with laughter, our tongues with songs of joy. Even those who mocked us and mocked our God will testify to what God will do in our lives [Psalm126]. So dispel every doubt in your heart. God ordered that Abraham be compensated with spoil [Read Genesis 20]. God will order everyone who has taken from you to restore what belongs to you with spoil [ex.21:1 & 7]. David returned from battle to discover that all that belonged to him had been taken. ‘Then David asked the LORD, Should I chase after this band of raiders? Will I catch them? And the LORD told him, Yes, go after them. You will surely recover everything that was taken from you!’ 1sam.30:8. God will answer you and you will surely recover all. Sometimes it appears that your mates are far ahead of you and it seems impossible to recover in your finances, academics, health, and relationship. The Word of God to you today is that you will pursue, overtake and without fail you will recover all in Jesus Name. Be expectant and wait for it.

Prayer: Father, restore to me the years with the locust, cankerworm, and caterpillar have eaten. Satisfy me early Lord according to Your Word, in Jesus Name.
