Tracking

Psalm 27:14 (TPT) “Here’s what I’ve learned through it all: Don’t give up; don’t be impatient; be entwined as one with the Lord. Be brave and courageous, and never lose hope. Yes, keep on waiting—for he will never disappoint you!

Daniel could remain in the place of prayer and not get discouraged because he understood how the spiritual works. Sometimes you do not need to know what is going on, you just know how it works and, Read the rest of this entry

Stay There!

Dan.10:12-13 “…Since the first day you began to pray for understanding and to humble yourself before your God, your request has been heard in heaven. I have come in answer to your prayer. But for twenty-one days the spirit prince of the kingdom of Persia blocked my way.”

Matt.6:8 (KJV) “Be not ye therefore like unto them: for your Father knoweth what things ye have need of, before ye ask him.” This is another scripture that a lot of people struggle with when it comes to persistent prayer. Read the rest of this entry

Persist

Gal.6:9 (VOICE, emphasis added) “May we never tire of doing what is good and right before our Lord because in His season we shall bring in a great harvest if we can just persist.”

Don’t Stop

Luke 18:1 “One day Jesus told his disciples a story to show that they should always pray and never give up.” (emphasis added)

Very often, when Jesus wants to teach a life-changing truth, He tells stories. Jesus uses stories to engage people’s imagination and change their lives. Jesus, wanting to teach the concept of persistent prayer, Read the rest of this entry

In Comes David

1 Sam.18:3 (KJV) “Then Jonathan and David made a covenant, because he loved him as his own soul.”

Jonathan said to his armour bearer, “Let’s go across to the outpost of those pagans, perhaps the Lord will help us, for nothing can hinder the Lord. He can win a battle whether he has many warriors or only a few!” (1 Sam.14:6, Read the rest of this entry

Faith is… Action!

James 2:14 & 18 (GNT) “My friends, what good is it for one of you to say that you have faith if your actions do not prove it? Can that faith save you? …My answer is, “Show me how anyone can have faith without actions. I will show you my faith by my actions.”

The third thing faith teaches us is, Faith, Is About Who And Not About What. Our faith is in a Person (Jesus) and not in a process. 2 Tim.1:12 “…I know the one in whom I trust, and I am sure that he is able to guard what I have entrusted to him until the day of his return.” (emphasis added).

Act On It!

1 John 3:17-18 “If someone has enough money to live well and sees a brother or sister in need but shows no compassion—how can God’s love be in that person? Dear children, let’s not merely say that we love each other; let us show the truth by our actions.” (emphasis added).

It is truly amazing how detailed God’s Word is and how precise it is for practical daily Christian living. Yesterday, God said to us in Read the rest of this entry

As We Ought

1Jn.3:14 “If we love our brothers and sisters who are believers, it proves that we have passed from death to life. But a person who has no love is still dead.” (emphasis added).

God is clear, the proof that we have passed from death to life is our love for other believers. When a Christian claims not to be able to stand other Christians, it shows that the person is still in death Read the rest of this entry
