Negative Influence

Don’t be fooled by those who say such things, for ‘bad company corrupts good character’.  Think carefully about what is right, and stop sinning. For to your shame I say that some of you don’t know God at all. 1 Cor.15:33-34

Habits!

 Those who live only to satisfy their own sinful nature will harvest decay and death from that sinful nature. But those who live to please the Spirit will harvest everlasting life from the Spirit. Gal.6:8 

Wikipedia.org defines habits as ‘routines of behavior that are repeated regularly and tend to occur subconsciously’. Research states that it takes a normal human being 28 days to form a habit. A bad habit is a negative behavioral pattern that has been developed over time. Anything, besides worshiping God that you do not have control over in your life is dangerous. Understanding Favour: Response 2

He was the one who prayed to the God of Israel, “Oh, that you would bless me and expand my territory! Please be with me in all that I do, and keep me from all trouble and pain!” And God granted him his request. 1Chro.4:10

Remember, God is always watching your responses. If, and I dare say when you respond properly, God will promote you. The fact that you did not start favoured does not mean that you should die u n-favoured. It will be your turn soon or even now if you will receive it. According to His purpose

‘The human body has many parts, but the many parts make up one whole body. So it is with the body of Christ… and God has put each part just where He wants it. In fact, some parts of the body that seem weakest and least important are actually the most necessary’ 1Cor.12:18b, 22.

For a lot of people, it is not news that God has a part for us all to play in His big picture.  The above scripture points out to us that even though we are part of one body, we have different and unique roles.
