Break It Now!

“He removed the pagan shrines, smashed the sacred pillars, and cut down the Asherah poles. He broke up the bronze serpent that Moses had made, because the people of Israel had been offering sacrifices to it. The bronze serpent was called Nehushtan” 2 Kings 18:4

One thing you need to know about generational curses is that they flow through generational errors. If you get this, your life will be transformed and you will be set free from curses. Generational curses flows through generational errors. If you deal with the errors, the curses cannot alight. For some people the error in the family is when they get angry, they break things. As long as you hold on to and continue in that error, the curses that have been following you will continue. Some people pride themselves in the fact that in their family alcohol is their lot and they continue in that error. What you do not know is that you are perpetuating the curse and it is going to go from generation to generation until you stop it. Heaven is saying to you, break it now!

What generational error are you continuing in? Break it now! For some people, the story is that even though their father was faithful but he could not take his eyes off girls. And they tell you – “That is just how I am. I have prayed and fasted but when I see anything in a skirt my body reacts.” You will receive help from heaven, you will deliver yourself and you will walk away. Why? It is because generational curses flow through generational errors. The Bible says do not give your strength to that which destroys kings. Women can reduce great men to a loaf of bread. So when you are being tempted, imagine a loaf of bread and run! Break it Now!

If there is one prayer every mother should say for her children consistently it is this, “you children will not continue in the errors of your fathers.” My father had everything heaven could give a man but it was cut short because of the errors of his fathers that he continued in. My mother stood in the gap and none of us have continued in those errors. I pray in the Name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, you will not continue in the errors of your fathers. Hezekiah did not continue in his father’s errors. In fact, Hezekiah was the one that pulled down and destroyed Nehushtan. Nehushtan was the bronze serpent God told Moses to make. It was salvation for a season but the people carried it along as insurance. And started offering sacrifices to it.

Prayer: Lord, today I stand in the gap for my generations unborn and for myself; in Jesus Name, we will not continue in the errors of our fathers, in Jesus Name.
