Groundwork I

Ps.11:³ “If the foundations be destroyed, what can the righteous do?” [KJV]

God destined man to succeed. But the fact that someone is destined to get somewhere, does not mean he or she will get there. And the reason is that destiny can be derailed and grounded; to think otherwise is to be naive. This is why you and I need to be serious with our lives and destinies. The fact that God has destined you to be great does not mean it is automatic. But I am saying to you again, in the Name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, your destiny will not be derailed or grounded and God will give you the grace [say amen].

Blessings set you in the right direction and empower you to get there. But curses do the exact opposite; curses set you in the wrong direction. If you insist on going in the right direction, curses will try to stop you from getting there. I pray that God Himself will deal with every curse hindering you. When God wants to change a destiny, He breaks the curses and releases blessings. I declare to you this day that the curses have been broken and the blessings have been released, in Jesus Name. A blessing is God removing the evil reinforcement, changing the direction, and empowering you to get there.

However, even when people have been blessed, set in the right direction and are empowered, sometimes maps need to be updated because of unforeseen road construction. Sometimes, you need to refuel the tank or renew the empowerment. This is how the spiritual works and it is so important for us to understand it. Every time God wants to release a blessing, God visits the foundation of that life and releases it in the foundation. When God wants to change your destiny for good, He visits the foundation of your life.

The foundation is very important in the structure of the house. You cannot fix a foundational problem with a coat of paint or new curtains. For you to fix a foundational problem, you have to go to the foundation. This does not apply to the structural stand alone, it applies even to the spiritual stand. God has decided to revisit our foundations and make all the necessary corrections, so open your life to Him and surrender to the process.

Prayer: Heavenly Father, I open my life to You and I surrender to every necessary correction on the foundation of my life, in Jesus Name. Amen!
